I happily created an album, after payment and proceed to uploading, unfortunately this app hanged during uploading, after few hour it didnt have any progress.. I quickly emailed supporting link provided, sadly after few day without any answers! This is a depressing experience i ever had!

Would be awesome if I could grab my photos from google but it's not an option and if I want to use it on my tablet, I have no resources as I don't store my photos on my tablet .

There is no 8"x11" softcover option unlike the PC version. Will wait for update for more sizes until i can use the app

Waste my time. The app does not go into my gallery. After i select photo from facebook. It keep me waiting an hour. The app just shows me ' sorting through your photo. '

It wouldn't let me order, it wouldn't let me enter my email address, when it did it then continued to enter address, then it told me I could not continue until I entered my email address, which I did. Completely useless app. I'll print my photos somewhere else.

I honestly really regret giving this app a try. When the upload didn't work, I was told to reupload in the previous review reply. Sadly I have tried to re-upload many times but the app keeps crashing. Feeling very frustrated. Please assist, thanks.
