#ประวัติคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร
ประชากรโลกที่เพิ่มขึ้นทำให้มีความต้องการบริโภคอาหารเพิ่มขึ้น ธุรกิจฟาร์มเลี้ยงสัตว์เป็นธุรกิจกลางน้ำในห่วงโซ่อุปทานที่มีบทบาทสำคัญ ทำหน้าที่ผลิตและป้อนเนื้อสัตว์คุณภาพเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอาหาร จากวิสัยทัศน์การเป็น “ครัวของโลก” ปัจจุบันรูปแบบการทำฟาร์มเลี้ยงสัตว์และการแปรรูปอาหาร มีการใช้เทคโนโลยีทันสมัย ปลอดภัย เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม และตรวจสอบย้อนกลับได้ทุกขั้นตอน ทำให้มีความต้องการบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญในสาขานี้อีกมาก
สถาบันการจัดการปัญญาภิวัฒน์ได้เห็นถึงความสำคัญในการสร้างคนรุ่นใหม่ เข้าสู่ภาคธุรกิจเกษตร เพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสร้างความมั่นคง และยั่งยืนด้านอาหาร จึงได้จัดตั้งคณะอุตสาหรรมเกษตร ขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2557 โดยได้รับความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษาจาก บริษัท เจริญโภคภัณฑ์อาหาร จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือซีพีเอฟ

เรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมด้วยตนเองนอกเหนือจากห้องเรียนและภาคปฏิบัติ ด้วยสื่อต่างๆ ทั่วโลก เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและยกระดับวิชาชีพอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร
