Pizza Hut Canada

Will not find any Pizza Hut restaurants. I live about 50km from the nearest Pizza Hut. I can be parked in front of the restaurant and put in my postal code and it tells me that it cannot find any. My only option is to enter a postal code and not an address. How am I supposed to know a postal code 50km from my house. I now need to go to Google to get the postal code for the restaurant I am parked in front of to be able to place an online order. Fix this!!!!

Pizza Hut sabotaged my date. I went to order a pizza for our picnic and everytime I tried to place my order the app would return to the main menu. It was also painfully slow on every action. My phone is a OnePlus 3T so there should be no performance issues. We went to Dominoes instead.

Usually when I come across bad reviewed apps I'd give the benefit if the apps even tries to run however, this is really the most cancer app I've seen in my life. You can't even browse menu it just sticks on main page and all other navigation button doesn't even work...

Takes forever to load. Guess we will see if this new update fixes it at all. What makes me so mad though is that it always asks me for my carry out location every single time. Can you not remember it???

Awful app. For reasons I cannot fathom, tapping on any option freezes the screen for a few seconds before loading and there's no load animation either. You cannot paste or use any password manager either for auto fill settings.

Fire your app developer!! Its amazing how big you guys are worldwide and you cant develop a simple Order App. The app always freezes. Haven't been able to use it the last 3 times I want to eat Pizza Hit. It never respond to my selection. Very frustrating. Scrap this app and hire a new app developer.

This is the worst app I have ever used. Instead of allowing me to easily reorder from my history it tells me to select a store but doesn't give a list of stores. This app is terrible.

Was slow when I started using it but actually picked up speed while I was using it. Not super fast but I'm just ordering pizza. Works good for that.

Pizza Hut gives it's customers the "middle finger" with this app. For their price point for their products I expect services that are at least somewhat competent. App does nothing but freeze, simple actions like selecting a button causes the app to lockup and become unresponsive. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Franking garbage! It takes longer to load then it would be to order! Removed. And I love Pizza Hut. So sad. Don't waste your time.

This app is horrible! Takes forever to load or freezes and it's unusable. Pizza Hut please save you image some embarrassment and take this app off the play store until you come up with something remotely comparable to the Domino's app.

This app was amazing it made me so moist as I downloaded it and didn't have to get out of bed to order food you can leave driver comments to so I told the driver to deliver it straight to my bedroom where I paid for it then devoured it....also super fast loading times 10/10 should probably fix my bike thank you for the support pizza 73....10/10 mouth is to dry to type anymore...10/10 recommended shower after Indian butter sauce.

Really want to say it's better than it is but this app freezes when it opens and rarely ever actually works. It's infinitely easier & faster to just use the website, even on my mobile device.

Slow and useless. Loading takes forever. The app memorizes nothing (still have to login, input location/address, choose a store, etc). Combine those then you get a slow and useless app, might as well use the website, at least it's faster.

SO SLOW!!!!! Our favorite pizza and boneless bites, but SO FRUSTRATING that it takes 20 minutes to order dinner ~ I could make dinner that fast!

It's awful. Better results using Internet Explorer

This app is so slow and doesn't give any indication that is doing anything. It looks like it's frozen when you click anything. Don't do IO in the GUI thread.

Can't seem to get passed the main screen, nothing responds even after clearing all app data and re-installing the app.. worse than the website.. did you guys forget to pay the developer?

The app is garbage. It doesn't load at all. No updates in months. Dominoes is beating you guys. Gonna order from them instead. Their app works!

It is a little slow but with some patience it works well to order pizza. Yes, it would be nice if it would remember the location.

Everytime you use it you have to select your store; it doesn't remember your store. Buggy and slow as hell.

Did work at all. I couldn't get any option to open from the home screen

The app works fine, slow on first startup after download for maybe 10 seconds but thats it. App is fine, they need better phones. LGG5

This must be the slowest app in the food service industry. Not good for customers satisfaction. Time for major IT department restructuring.
