Is there a way for employees to report a break through the app?

This app simply needs calendar sync options. Having two calenders I have to check makes for a bigger hassle than before. The app deserves 4-5 stars when I can sync my working hours with my Google calendar.

Great app from an employee point, everything you need to know under one app

Over the years I've used many different clock in systems. From cards to codes to key fobs. All of them ok in there own right, but plan day has been the best for me so far. You can request holidays and pick up extra shifts through the app. Which is perfect for people on zero hour contract.

I'm trying to sign up and it keeps telling me to use a valid email address when I'm using my only email address. So I don't understand why it's telling me that can someone please answer that for me. Cause I can't even get past the sign up screen.

Love this app for my cleaning business. It makes it easy to schedule my employees in more than one shift a day. I love how I can send them a notification with changes or added shifts. I think it may need a few more things but for a free app is amazing

Firstly this would be 5* apart from a few minor things. Firstly, I don't see the need for showing middle names on the calendar - it makes everything look more cluttered. I know the staff I work with and think their first name with surname initial would be more than ok. I'd suggest having a display name but that could just cause hastle. Occasionally I'm having to restart the app because it won't let me punch in if I've opened from more than 500m away beforehand and user pictures are still a bit glitchy. It's a good app, but just needs minor tweaks.

Can't figure out how to change or create Departments. It only says First Department. Please help on creating departments. Is there anything you recommend for scheduling for multiple locations?

Good app. But you've missed a trick by not adding an option to set up push notifications to remind you to punch in. My work has started using it recently and myself and a fair few colleagues keep forgetting to punch in. Please add it if you can.

Why does this app have so much access to my private information? I don't want my employers to have access to the majority of my phones information. Quite frankly I find it disgusting that people can do this now.

I don't believe the app has the ability to schedule employees to different days, rather it allows managers to assign grouped employees under an already existing group. It would be alot more flexible if it could schedule individual employees.

Hi I think there should be option if you wanna apply for extra shifts. As example my staff see open shift but they cannot apply on a app. That would make life much easier. Also doesn't give a option to spread the news about open shift with the other sites. Thanks

This is a great little software for small businesses to organise staff bookings for jobs and availability. What would really give this software 5 stars if it would be possible to block book availability rather than single days. 31 days in a month, selecting each individual day takes time. Block booking would be very much welcomed in an update, not only via the app but on the website aswell. Overall, very good.

*WARNING LONG REVIEW* I like this app It shows me my shift for today so I know when I'll end, It shows my future shifts in a way that I can't misinterpret it, I can contact my fellow employees which is very good in case I get sick or can't come to work, I can keep up with events and if there is anything my boss wants everyone to know there isn't a chance someone will miss it. All in all: No bad app (Yet)
