Needs help with the app I was able to connect with my Samsung S7 when I first purchased then it stopped working. I attempted to contact Plantraco via email, we went back and forth three times then no response after several more attempts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times with no luck.I think it is a great idea and it works great from my sons iPhone and my wifes Samsung Note4.
Could not connect successfully from LG or Samsung devices, both running android 4.4. Tech support was very responsive, issue currently open.

The locks themselves are awesome. My wife's iPhone connects great to all the locks. Mine doesn't on Android. Most of the time my phone won't see the locks at all, even if I scan it 3 times. If it worked like it does on the iPhone, this would be 5 stars. Update April 5 2016. Got new Galaxy s7 last week, app works great on new phone. No complaints at all.
The android app needs a lot of work. My roommate has this on iPhone and it works like a charm. Problems: 1)Takes a long time to connect on my phone. Nexus 7 tablet never connects in the app, even though it's connected via bluetooth. 2) After connecting, I immediately get an incorrect password message. It never asked for a password, so I don't why this is appearing. iPhone version does not ask for password at startup. 3) Proximity lock/unlock doesn't work ever. 4) I can't control the lock unless everyone else has closed the app on their phone. It's a nice concept, but the android needs a lot of work.
