I wish it had some user input or flexibility in routine. I'm not great with crunches yet so tuning that to my level would be great. Also seeing the routines without going through and logging it would be very good.

I was sceptical but I said what the heck and so I used it to my great surprise I went to the doc and I lost 35 freaking pounds!!! Its so simple I used it every day and every week I changed the difficulty levels and then when I reached the hardest level the next week I started back to easy. I'm stoked and I looooove it!!!

I really like how it's a workout for not just your arms or legs but for multiple areas and that it has a calender that keeps track of your exercise.

1st: I'd like to lose 35#s in month, but for me, not gonna happen. Just want to slowly lean out. 2nd: +1 knowledge of exercises. these are standard issue exercises we learned back in grade school. 3rd: +3 easy to follow graphics, lack of timer(just you counting)/no talking/only tiny advertising! 4th: +1 intervals. I had never thought to interval my strength exercises. I really like it. I will never like doing abs, but it makes it more palatable. Overall: highly recommend. Wish type were larger.

I had an aneurysm in my teen years and on throughout I had right sided paralysis so, I really could not lift weights like I once did. But, low and behold, this App appeared and now I can do something again. Inside of being a unfit handicap, I am working to be a person with just a small set back. This app is inspiring.

Just downloaded last night, I put it on highest level and can really feel it today. 1 upper body 1 lower body and 1 exercise for the abs, it couldn't get more basic. App is simple and easy to use.

Can't reset calendar or erase workouts. And can't get rid of the dam ads no spoken direction so you have to have the phone in sight so you can see what exercise is next
