Plowz & Mowz

They came within an hour! During a snow storm! I was not expecting them so fast but was more than glad they came when they did!!!! Great service will definitely use the service again for snow removal. I am currently waiting on a scheduled cleaning of the leaves for tomorrow, was trying to get something for today but no availability, I guess I can wait. Hoping the service is as great as the snow removal! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic application and service! They came to my rescue a few times this past winter and the job done was fantastic. No contracts, on demand (and when I say on demand I mean QUICK service!) and responsive customer service. I highly recommend and can't wait to give Mowz a try this summer.

App works OK could be a little bit more visually appealing and have more options. It would be nice to be able to request a specific provider based on profiles or choose a provider previously used or even know who is you provider before they show up (pictures, bio, name, rating, Eta, add on service's etc) and with that have the ablilty to reject a provider if I want or if more then one wants the job you can choose who you want based on the above. Those things would set the app apart from others that are simular.

Bought a house recently. Don't own a lawn mower yet. Grass needed a cut. Used app to place my order on a Saturday and lawn was mowed next day. The staff responded to any emailed questions i sent very quickly. Only problem was i used a coupon code and was led to believe it was applied but the final charge didn't reflect as such. Overall though the app is not a scam it works. I heard about it from a coworker.

The app itself can be a little clunky (especially the login process!), but it works as expected. Give a few details about your lawn, your address, and a payment method, and someone will be out to mow. The contractors that mow do great & consistent work, and the price seems reasonable to me.

Used prior to app update and was great. Now, will not even allow me to (re) create a profile. Error..enter a phone number...when it's asking for an email and password?

Both the plow and mow guys show up whenever they feel like, not "on demand." Customer service will send people out to replow if you call and​ complain, but refuse to do anything about the systemic problem.

The app is easy to set up and navigate and service is great. I'm very pleased with the plows. We used it 4 times this winter and each time they were here within 2 hours to plow our driveway, even after 12 inches of snow fell. A+

I LOVE this app and this service! This was our third winter using Plowz & Mowz and I have never been disappointed, not even once! I love the real-time communications and fast response times! I highly recommend Plowz & Mowz!!!

The app is very easy to use and navigate. Used app on Thurs. for service on Friday. Lawn mowing service was great. Contractor was very neat, not a piece of grass was on my walkway or driveway. Will use again

Paid extra for a second pass and they only did one. Said it was my fault for not specifying it in the notes...but they still took my money!!

Would have been nice to know that service is not available in my area when I signed up, not the day before I need a cut.

Definitely a must use! Fast and easy way to get your lawn mowed without any hassles... use it when you need it...

This app is a great concept if it works. The Jobs were never accepted. I paid 62 dollars for my self and my grandparents($124) homes to be plowed. The app takes your cash with no guarantee of arrival times. I requested asap service ... Almost 4 hours later and I have yet to hear from anyone on the requested work. So I cancelled the requests and now I must wait 2-4 days for my refund for services not rendered. They really need to do better.

From downloading the app, to creating a profile, to ordering a plow during a blizzard, to working with customer service, to the actual plow service... everything has been great! Our plow showed up earlier than anticipated (we selected after 3pm cause we were in no rush to get out of the house) and he cleared our driveway quick and efficiently! With the smaller amount of snow we've had this season, this has been a great way to get plowing when needed without having to spend the money on a full season! Customer service was great too when I needed to add a note for my plow driver!

Well I live in the snow capital of the Northeast, Syracuse NY, and today was the second time we used this horrendous service. The first time they plowed a pathway, not the Driveway which was what I paid for. Then a second guy had to come and clean it up and it finally looked like what I paid for. The same happened today, and this time even the second guy didnt know how to correctly plow a 2 car driveway! So I paid 30 dollars for a half plowed Driveway. Now I will be deleting this useless app! Don't use it

Put a request for a plow at 6:30am and quote was 32 dollars. Job assigned at 6:42am and by 12:30 no sign of anyone. Looked on the app and saw it had been cancelled. Was never notified so sat waiting 6 hrs for a plow that was not coming. Went to reschedule and quote was 54 dollars! Not cool. Felt completely taken advantage of. Ended up shoveling the driveway ourselves. Never again. If you're overwhelmed from a storm, then say you can't accept any more requests at that time. And gouging on the price is really unacceptable.

Great job. Showed up in the time frame I was told and the one who did the work made sure I was satisfied with the work he had done before he left!. Good first experience!.

Great app. Helped us when we were in a real bind when our regular plow guy never showed up.

Waste of time. Had to create an account only to find that the service is not available within hundreds of miles of us. Poorly configured app.

Ordered the service at 6pm and driveway cleared by 9:45pm. Couldn't ask for nicer service and quick especially considering we have a circle double drive. Will definitely work with them again.

Fast service. Paid $56 and got a pretty crappy job done. Also need to be able to get a receipt.

I was having a hard time finding a snow removing company that did residential property. I tried this app. Pretty easy. Just need to sign up and put cc info in. Guy came within 3hrs of booking. Did a good job as well. I live in Georgetown ma. Good service! Will do it again!!

A+ job! Chose ASAP service and someone was assigned to the job within 15 minutes of order. All in all, everything was done within 1.5-2 hours of ordering. They even shoveled the walkway to the front door! 10/10 would plow again.

So I order a snow plow I chose asap option and that says within 4 hours. After ordering I recieve email stating we will let you know when a provider has taken your job. So at the very least I'm expecting to hear back from someone, 2 hours go by the next email I get says the job is finished and sends me a picture of my half plowed driveway. Now I live in Syracuse we just got 3 feet of snow maybe even more. I also live in a cul-de-sac, basically a dead end street so when it snows we cannot park in the street we have to leave room for the plows. At the very least I'm expecting some kind of notification to have me prepared that a provider is on their way or at least the email they promised me letting me know the job has been filled. The end result is me paying a premium price for bad service and only HALF of my driveway plowed all because of a lack of communication. Not a happy customer!! UPDATE: Spoke with someone at customer service and they are going to send the provider back out to plow the rest of my driveway. Super thankful for that, and the good customer service. Rocky start but sounds like a good finish. Mistakes happen but they are making it right. I'd recommend their service for everyone.
