MyPOMCO Accounts Mobile

The MyPOMCO Accounts mobile app provides POMCO members with access to their benefit accounts including: flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement arrangements (HRA). Account information can be accessed at any time and in any place. Features of the MyPOMCO Accounts mobile app include:
• View account balances and details
• Review recent transactions
• Fund HSA account from a checking or savings account
• View all email and SMS alerts
• Contact your plan administrator via email or mobile phone

Version 4.1 improves self-service capabilities by including the following enhancements:
• Ability to edit billing address *
• Ability to update billing address *
• Ability to report card lost stolen *
• Ability to order replacement card *
• Ability to attach provider name to newly submitted claims *
• Ability to pay provider directly from app *

Version 4.2 adds the following self-service features:
• Ability to add healthcare expenses for future payment
• Ability to view expenses added through eClaims manager
• Improvements to pay provider functionality

Please note, not all features are accessible on the mobile app. Some access to some information of may be limited on the MyPOMCO Accounts mobile app depending on your enrollee status.
