I love this app! I don't have a gym membership and sometimes the idea of working out for 1+ hours is daunting; this app changes that. All you need is 15-20 minutes, some good music and a little motivation and you will finish these workouts with a good sweat! I love how the voice over gives you tips and calls out the next workout. It will also countdown the time for certain workouts with lowering the volume of your music and let's you go at your own pace for the majority of the workouts. What a great app!

Great workouts for anyone who doesn't have the time or money for a gym membership, sure I could look online for these workouts, then I would have to figure out the routines. It is all done for you. I am on day 5 and I have been doing all workouts excluding leg, and after this short of time I feel the workouts. I'm a little overweight so I chose the hard routines. Its worth every bit of 5 stars, I can look past the ads.

This is my favorite app. It gives you goals, shows you how to do the exercises, counts down time. It is the best I have found so far. I do wish I could find the results after I have completed a goal so I can record calories burned. I think also, it should include a way to show alternatives for the exercises. Some I have to adjust and I'm not sure I'm doing them correctly. Proper form is important even with an alternative. I would give it 5+ stars!

It's pretty good. I have only been doing for a week but can already feel my muscles and body responding to the workouts everyday. It keeps track of your weight and time you spend working out. The calories you burned. Its a diary of all the important stuff you need to know when working out plus the workout plan!!

This app is great. I have had a bunch of pictures of exercise routines and used to go to the gym all the time but this is so helpful in so many ways. It gives you a visual of your weight gains/losses and all exercises are explained well. Also this is great for people who are just starting or getting back into working out as it eases you into a full blown routine.

It's sync with Google Fit is not working properly especially the estimation of calorie burnt .. and the backup is also not functioning .. it's simply displaying backing up for several minutes altogether and then just nothing is happening. Hope you guys look it up n fix it soon .. else the app is really helpful and a great motivator for me to keep working out everyday .

This app is amazing. Its easy to use and there is no hassel. The only thing I think you guys should add to the app is stretches and harder months because i just finished the hard 2 and i dont feel like starting from the beginning again. It feels like I loose progress that way. But besides that, this app is perfect.

Yeah you can suggest a program according to weight, height, age & gender. There are 5 different type of workout, should we do all of them daily or something else. When I format my phone all of my progress goes away. Can't we backup our progress. Please give some option to backup our progress with Google or something else.

I just started, so I can't say much. I like that its purely body weight and can sync it with google fit. Though initially I didn't know you're supposed to do 2 rounds of the workout per day until I saw the calendar. So in the beginning, I did the whole body routine once, then a butt or ab or leg routine. I mean it could be nice if it says somewhere on the routine to do 2 rounds....

Love this app! It's just the motivation I need to reach my goals! Interaction with like minded, goal orientated people helps tremendously! Log your food, water intake, exercise...it's wonderful and has quickly become my new favorite app! Let the weight loss journey begin! Ps..and its a free app! Can't beat that!

This is a amazing app! Exercises are well explained so it's pretty easy to follow! You can start from the bottom to higher with this app so your body won't be strained or too exhausted. I can put in my weight to keep track of the progress too! After more than 1 month following this app I lost neary 6kg!! Thank you so much!

Could there be a better solution for the introverted health nuts who would rather lift half filled cooking gas cylinders at home than go out and enroll into a gym membership? I don't think so. If you are not into crazy gains routines and want to gain overall fitness and strength and have the patience to stick with a plan for a month or 2 without peer review and support, this might just do wonders for you.

This is a good app to maintain your workout. Actually i'm a beginner, and it's little bit hard for me to doing it for the first time. But it feels like i'll trust this app to change my habit for workout. It makes me determine myself to do more and more. I can't see the results instantly but i'll enjoy the proccess.

It is a good app.. it is helping me keep on track and it is starting to kick my butt. My only thing is I can't go back and fined out how many calories I burned bc I am keeping track of them. It tells u when u finish that section but I would have to stop and write each one down for each section and when I'm working out I don't want to stop. But other than that I love it.

I consider this app as the best fitness app. Trust me, we don't require a gym to maintain our fitness if we have this app. I am a fitness freak and i think this is a perfect trainer. I am using it for the last 6 months and i swear i have never found an app so beneficial as this. Just take out time from your schedule and follow the app. It will give you a Perfectly fit body.

It's a super cool app. However, I'm a beginner and so push-ups and I don't go hand-in-hand and it's very tough when you don't know how to do it. I hope they change that routine or maybe add a video that helps. Second is for the planks and the wall sit-ups, I hope they provide instructions in the page before the workout starts because by the time I finished reading what had to be done, the workout was over.

Suggestions. U could add an option to recommend workout plan according to height,weight,age and gender! And also tell the facts like Do's And Dont's After Workout. And u could add challenges for every particular day. That will motivate even more.

Just started using the app a few days ago but so far I love it! They give instructions for each workout, let you go at your own pace, and even send reminders just to let you know that you need to complete the day your on. It's super easy to use and the workouts are rather simple (I'm on the easy 30 day Challenge though, the hard ones definitely look like they push you to your limits). It's nice as well because if you don't have the time/money for the gym then this app is perfect just to get you moving.

Recently started using this app again and I'm pretty impressed. Really liking the newly added voice over that makes recommendations during the exercises. I'd like more of that, especially tips of ways to really make the exercises more effective. I like that it's not the same boring thing every day as well. It's more than just me feeling the results. I've had people tell me they're noticing my weight lost in just a few days and I've told no one I've started anything. Great app

Difficulty increases way too quickly. I'm on day 11 and what started as a nice, quick morning workout to wake me up and get the blood flowing has turned into a full on ass blasting! The body needs more than ten days to adjust from an easy workout to a difficult one.

This app does exactly what it is supposed to. For those of us who don't have time for a gym visit, this offers an ever growing work out at multiple difficulty levels. Being in law enforcement working twelve hour shifts, overnight 4-5 nights a week, this gives me a quick workout in approximately 10 minutes. Can't beat it.

I never really gotten into exercise before this app and now im 4 weeks in! But eversince the new update, the ab program has been hell on my back and not in a good way. I had more of an ab burn and less back pain with the sit ups instead of the new heel touch. If you guys could figure out a better way thatd be great

It's great for maintaining yourself.... but you should really give us the details about warm up exercises please do suggest us with some warming up exercises. I used to warm up every time but .... I got to develop muscle stiffness and now I can not resume my exercises for about 2 week according to my doctor. Please add stretching exercises and some warming up exercises..... least in the pro version.For warm up all out their you can see Nike training club application.

I really liked this app when i started and still think the bum exercise plan is very good. The abs one however is why I've only given it 3 stars. There is NO variety in the exercises AT ALL. It is the same 4 exercises in the same order every single day. I'm on day eleven and where as i don't mind doing my bum plan as i never know what I'm going to get, i now dread the abs plan because i know exactly what I'm going to get.. a boring workout the exact same as yesterday...

Love it. For someone who's not used to regular exercise and lives an almost sedentary lifestyle, this app is perfect. It teaches you, guides you and helps you track your progress. Plus, if I have this app and can get fit at home, a gym membership becomes a luxury you can avoid.

A very nice app to keep body fit. Just need a little more touch - can add link to the instructions after I started a plan? It is troublesome to go all the way out to find out how to work out and go back to the plan.

WAY too many ads, always take up the full screen. Pop up at any time, even when first starting the workouts. Ridiculous. Helpfulness of the videos of the exercises is scattered at best. They have an exercise routine for your abs but not your back which should be done at the same time or you risk injuring yourself. It's an OK app, could find a better one in all likelihood.

Excellent app for staying on top of your workout. It gives you goals and monitors your progress. Their "science" section makes them seem very unprofessional. Use spelling and grammar checks and do not source Wikipedia, ever. That area could be better used to have fitness facts and nutrition info. But overall really great for a free app.

Recommendations Could you add a diet thingy program And maybe dos and donts before and after exercise like facts especially the thing about how there are times when people dont burn fat while exercising And also warmup exercise before the hardcore push ups and stuff And finally a youtube guided zumba thing Over-all it is a useful, highly detailed and free app.. I really am thankful to the maker of this.. :)

Im on day 4 and every exercise makes me tire out. I dont usually exercise , maybe thats the problem and this app gave me an idea on how to exercise! I wish that i can burn calories cause i want to be healthy!

This is the best exercise app I have ever used. I have a few health problems and have struggled with exercise previously. This app has allowed me to incorporate exercise easily into my daily routine. I now actually enjoy exercise and no longer feel as if it is a chore. Highly recommend!

It's fine but I would have liked it more if they would have mixed up the reps a little bit more. I'm on day 21 medium full body work out and it etc boring to do 80 squats in a row, 80 situps etc. In total the amount is great but maybe 40 situps then 40 squats like mix it up and it will be the same amount in the end anyway. You feel me? I loose motivation when I'm doing the same reps for too long

Unless you are already in great shape you won't be able to do these and some of them are specifically dangerous! I have had knee surgeries and was looking for something that just had basic exercises. If you have any struggles doing even regular push ups about 1/3 of the exercises are variations of it. When you have to cut out multiple exercises, it's not a good program. Be aware too, they, without even a warning about safety or sturdiness, want you to climb and jump on chairs! Might work for gym bunnies but not a practical app for a regular person.
