About Beagle Bluetooth Tracker
The Beagle is a dog with keen tracking instincts originally bred for hunting. Like its namesake, the Beagle app helps to track, locate and remind you of your most important items: your keys, wallet, phone, etc. Use the Beagle app together with the Beagle tracking device and never leave home (or the restaurant) without your wallet again!
The Beagle app is easy and intuitive:
• Attach the small Beagle tracking device to an important item like your keys.
• Use the app to pair the Beagle device to your smartphone. Your phone and your keys are now linked.
• Set up alerts on your phone to notify you when you may be forgetting your keys.
• Or switch the app to Map Mode to pinpoint the last location the Beagle app was connected to your keys.
The Beagle app can alert you when you may be leaving without your most important items or map the location they were last tracked.
The Beagle uses two-way technology: your phone helps to locate a Beagle device or a Beagle device can help find your phone by triggering it to ring.

Paired at first. After a few hours said it was out of range so deleted the app and reinstalled to pair. It asks to "bind" the device and doesn't do anything after that. It just keeps thinking. Waste of time.

While the app and the tracker are fine, I am finding the app to be a HUGE battery drain. This is the only new app I've installed and I went from my phone lasting all day on an overnight charge, to finding the battery at 15% by midday. I hate to stop using Beagle, but I know the Tile app doesn't drain my husband's phone like this.

I just got it and so far my only problem is that the always on notification should be low priority like with Pebble so it isn't always in the top bar. The device seems like it should be loud enough to find in the same room. Will it give a low battery alert on you phone when it is time to change it?

I've seen known spyware that is not this invasive. Look at the permissions it actually gets. Far more than the location and Bluetooth it should require.

Newest release of this product seems to be very reliable over my original. Have used it a few times to find my cat Jake when he has been playing hide and seek. He goes nuts when it starts beeping and comes running!
