Prestige 2 Car Service

First off, why does it need access to basically everything on my phone. Good luck getting a driver after requesting. I waited 7 minutes before I gave up on finding a driver.

Uninstalling this app immediately!!! This used to be a great app before the latest update. Now it's asking for permission to access your media files, contacts, messages, camera...etc. Thats too invasive for me I'd rather call the base!

Prestige is cool nice drivers easy to talk to and they dont talk on the phone while driving the customer. Drivers are courtious and the cars are clean.

Better service with morning drivers. Night drivers pick up anybody or just leave. Then u can't request a new car bc it says picked up. Smh, mornings only from now on. And dispatch dont get me started!!

States no connection when device is connected.

En ocaciones los clientes se quejan de que los chóferes recogen otra persona , en algunas ocaciones pasa que cuando llega el taxi a recoger a un destino hay otra persona esperando por un taxi que no le ha llegado y aunque el chofer le pregunte si llamó a prestige ellos dicen que si porque estan tarde y quieren irse y como el chofer no tiene su informacion a menos que el despacher se lo envie no pueden estar seguro que es ud la persona correcta. Gracias prestige es la mejor siempre salga en no mas de 5 mn

I asked for the taxi through the app and the driver picked up a different person. When I asked him, Martino Perez, if he was the driver I called from prestige he looked at me and said no! Then drove off with the other customers. I called dispatch to complain, on Saturday, and was told to call on Tuesday that there is nothing they can do. They said they would send a taxi and they did not. Then I tried to get one through the app again and was blocked because the app marked me as picked up. Frustrating & done.

I installed it then uninstalled it because it was saying no internet service. I installed it again and it work for two weeks straight and when I went to request for a car it said no internet service which I have. Please fix.

Was working great loved it. Now its saying no internet which is crazy i have wifi always. Fix this cause i loved the app

Good app Gets the job done. Call the base or use the app. With both you will get great service all the time.

Keeps saying no Internet connection. It's not working not even with my wifi connection. They need to fix this ASAP

This app has malware you have to go to just Prestige not Prestige 2

They need to be more clear on price for fare need a estimator or something

I Requested a car from the app the driver picked up some one else. My daughter has multiple disabilitys and require's a walker and missed her appt. When i called the base i was told to bad. They need a better way to make sure the driver picks up the right customer.

Dispatcher was rude and app was inconvenient more than once. Also very rude driver drove off because I had a small dog in a secure pet carrier.

This soon is real good but it has like a week with the app down...please fix it

App hasn't been working for the last few days! Says I have no internet connection but I do!

I can't deny they have a lot of cars available so that when you request them they come quick, however, their customer service sucks, most of the drivers are rude and unfriendly. I wish the app had a way to request a specific unit, and that it showed the car information ayer the trip is completed. It would allow the customers to request the good drivers again in the future.

Used to work great until this last week. App doesn't work and when you call it's always busy

I reserved a car 3 hrs in advance on friday. When i called the base to make sure that the reservation went thru the dispatcher said that he didnt see it andthat i couldnt do reservations; to instead call the base and if theres a car available that theyll send it. Once the call was finished the app said my reservation was cancelled. Whats the purpose of this app if i cant use the services its offering.

Don't know if it was an update. But as of last week I couldn't request a cab right away. Then the following day app won't open at all. Keep saying no Internet connection. Uninstalled.... installed kiss

Keep getting a execution of procedure failed. Can't even use the app.

This was a great app but it suddenly stopped working. Now it just loops over "dispatching car." I wish they would fix it.
