About HCG Diet Guide

The HCG Diet (Human chorionic gonadotropin) is a rapid weight loss protocol that can burn up to 1lb per day.

Human chorionic gonadotropin is a is a protein hormone that is produced in large amounts during early pregnancy. It guarantees that a developing fetus receives the calories and nutrients it needs to grow.

In the 1950’s Dr. Simeons, discovered that injecting tiny amounts of HCG into patients, combined with a very low calorie diet with a specific food list, caused a great amount of not just weight loss but FAT loss and re-set the body’s hypothalamus causing the body to maintain the lost weight very effectively.

This is a NO-BS guide to the HCG diet. Other guides have poor quality information and terrible grammar. I personally researched all of the most accurate and scientific info, and collected it in this App.

It has dome decent info about the basics of how the diet works. But to me it seems the creator is clearly biased against the diet. Also I don't believe the approved foods list is true to the original protocol.
