Trying to use in Europe won't accept password reset then tried 3 servers won't connect. Wondering since I use it in Europe if improvements will be made or do I need to look for another company? I tried a free app as I wanted VPN,had no trouble with connection. Also a friend sent PC Magazine ratings on private VPN services and this company was listed.

This app has really solved this issue of insecurity and illegal hacking of information. I never knew someone will one day execute this idea because I've been waiting for it. Terrific. Finally, I can go on with my Banking and Credit Card transaction free from Hackers. Thanks very much for fixing patiently my Private Wifi now I can see my P.W. without a doubt. P.S. I have a problem with HiddenEye....Intruders are still coming in. Why is that? I've removed them few times but the culprits kept on intruding. Anyway, Its OK as long as long as they don't touch my bank accounts. I still believe in Private WiFi. Noticed this disgusting "HiddenEye".......gone for good. Now, I feel 101 % SAFE. ......Bravisimo PRIVATE WIFI. CIAO.
