*The chanting of Om in meditation can be used to treat tension and prevent stress.
*Students can maximize their concentration while busy fellows can totally relax and refresh on meditating.

*Chanting is repeating a Mantra over specific time and count. Mantra means a sound, a certain utterance or a syllable.
*Chanting enables in affirming ourselves and allowing its meaning to seep below the surface, into our subconscious, helping to shift our negative habits and patterns into positive ones.
