This 1 unit, 1 tenant f/the lite version is not enough info to decide if I want to pay $6 f/ the upgrade. Any way you could populate it yourself w/ say 3 units & call it a "sample" instead? EDIT: Example: I have a duplex, but can only input one unit. The report asks if I want the rpt to include units. Whether I answer yed or no, it produces a rpt with unit info. Since I cannot input the other unit or more than one one rent or expense, I cannot tell if it's all going to calculate correctly in the end.

Not able to judge app in free version, too restrictive. Tried to do a trial, but need to pay to do more than 3 months rent at a time, so no previous data can be used to try out. Too bad. Looks like it could be good.

I used this app for 5 properties as a test. The Good - FREE and is easy to set up and, tracks rent, autosends recurring statements, allows for text and email with tenants HUGE +. Bad - Reports and tracking of escrow, and other management fees and late fees do not seem to calculate in total due, so you have to add late fees manually. I still use it I think it can be a 5*

This use to be a "light" and limited WORKING version as per title but as the developer got greedy the lite version aint a working app anymore its more like a demo for you to see the features but its not really usable as it wont indicate rent anymore. I only have 1 rental I did not need the full version but the developer is trying to force my hand. Well this leave a bad taste in my mouth and I will not support this behavior I am uninstalling this and will use another alternative.

What is going on with the user interface! Icons look blurred and not a good resolution. The layout screen for entering a property is terrible.

This app is totally spot on....genius even! I found it whilst looking for an on the go app to use for my building projects and after taking a look at this out of curiosity I am amazed. The developer is a genius and answers queries by return and is on top of new ideas to add into the app. I have so many ideas for this app that I could quit my business and sit with developer all day adding new bits ....Download it and sort your properties out...its even genius just for your own home...its worth EVERY PENNY

Is not giving a full experience. 2 weeks full trial means it will not work in 2 weeks so why bother setting limits. Instead should allow users to experience the full app to determine if it's worth upgrading.

Great app and I will probably buy the full version but I really need an app with maintenance work orders. My company manages over 500 units and we would like to get the maintenance staff tablets to enter their work orders on-site. The fields in the work order should have unit number, date, time started and time completed, issue called in and description of work completed, price for any materials purchased, if the issue was resolved, etc.
