I am using this app... Sometimes if I send the money.. Only amount will be deducted.. But amount is not credited to the beneficiary account...I registered complaint through app.. But problem is not solved yet...

First it didn't fetch my account number properly. The amount transferred got debited from account correctly but not credited to the beneficiary as the transaction failed. Complaint raised more than a month before and still my money is not found out. There is no escalation model to speed up our issues. Very disappointed.

Application showing that it's facilitating to add second account for money transaction but unable to add second account. Application showing white screen while trying to add second account. One more bug is we need to provide debit card details to verify the source bank account. For any reason if we could not completed then it won't ask us again and will caused to fail all transactions.

This app doesn't work properly in Android Nougat 7.0. I have recently updated my mobile to Nougat. From then, money is getting debited from my account but it is not going into beneficiary account. Upon contacting them, they are saying money is safe. But what if I send the money in emergency. How can I person wait one week for the money when he is in emergency? Try many times to set MPIN but always shows network error while using 3G connection. Can't request money from the users of other UPI APPs. Tried 3 times to recharge my mobile, transaction failed every time. So, I have a request to the developer to remove this app from play store.

Last 3 days I have terrible experience. I can't transfer money by using trupay. Money is debited from my a/c but not crediting the beneficiary a/c. And some times it shows transaction failed but the money is created to beneficiary a/c..
