Kenapa selepas daftar kenderaan di 'MY CAR' hanya satu sahaja pusat service dipaparkan pada pilihan dalam 'SERVICE APPOINTMENT'. Sebelum daftar kenderaan untuk daerah dan negeri tersebut dinyatakan banyak pusat service yang pelanggan boleh pilih. Agak tidak bagus dengan menghadkan pilihan sedangkan terdapat 2 atau 3 buah pusat service proton edar di daerah tersebut.

I accidentally added the same car particulars twice but there is no way to delete it. Also, I have been diligently servicing my Exora at Proton authorised service provider. The app could not detect my car service history

Nak add car xboleh, tekan byk kali untuk save tapi xdak respond then tiba2 masuk byk data dkt list car, redundant data kereta, and semua unmatched and xboleh delete.pls fix this.

Keep on getting message: "An error occured. Please contact system administrator". Dah uninstall and reinstall pun sama. BTW, macam mana nak buat bagi info kereta matched dengan sistem proton? Bila add kereta, appear unmatched.

Hi, this is first time i am using this app. Only thing is when i booked my car service through this app although i select 3pm time slot but after i submit it shows no time in the time booked slot. And the confirmation msg i get from the sc says 8am.. why is this happening ?

Masa mula-mula apps nie dilancarkan, tiada apa yg berguna selain info tentang kereta dgn book appointment debgan sc. Setelah beberapa update, sekarang lebih mudah. Kita dapat tengok balik setiap servis yang kita buat. Bila servis yabng seterusnya.
