App worked fine (although a bit clunky) for a long time. Now, suddenly I receive a connection error everytime I try to use it. Tried clearing cache and data, but still it does not work at all currently.

The regular website won't show me my mortgage info anymore. It forces me to a website to initiate downloading the app on my samsung phone. The app doesn't recognize my username password that I use on my IMac. So now I have lost my access completely. I have no idea why the website would force you to use a mobile app in the 1st place to see your motgage info. which may not be as secure. Note: I have used the website for over a year and never had any issues until the mobile app page showed up.

I could never exit the app, but was otherwise very functional. Now I cant even log in as it keeps showing a pop up message that says it can't connect to the server and that I need a network connection. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling but same result. I am uninstalling it now

Nice app, bit ugly design, but there is no way to close the app. Not accounting for that is lazy.

This app was great, but as of today it doesn't reconize the server Unstalled and install still nothing, what happened, not the only person with this issue.

Clunks along now and then, works for me better than my stagecoach themed banks

I did set up autopayment and it didn't took money out so ibmissed 1 day. Can't trust in this application

The website doesn't allow me to view my payment info anymore. But this app doesn't allow me to login.

Friendly to use. Easy to navigate. Takes no time at all to send your payment.

It wont let you move to close the application window after logout. The screen wont change despite back button. Also the app takes a while to load.

I like this app. It does load quickly for me. The calculator can use some more work. Wish it could go higher on additional monthly payment, more than 2k...

Seems to be a good solid app that lets you do everything you might want to do with your mortgage.

Decent, but without ability to schedule it is somewhat limited.

A bit to long to load the app, but I Love the one time payment option from anywhere with my phone.

Terrible app. Tried to login and says login failed. I verified correct login and it works on their website.

Why don't you guys load what you need upfront asynchronously? Not lock up the screen and make users wait. Most of these contents are very limited data at the summary screen, why don't you have a resource that provide that first. This is a mobile environment, no one likes to sit there and wait for your app to load. You guys need to redesign you services calls.
