My Citroën – Maintenance, trip

What on earth has happened to this app? It has recently started not recording random trips, leaving glaring gaps in the record and making the fuel usage stats useless. Those trips it does log have no start and end addresses. It can show them on a map so I know location services is working. What the hell is going on?

Works ok but why not let the Bluetooth share the Google maps from my phone too, now that would be really useful! Better than the ok / not updated / no live traffic updates / just not as good Citroen maps ?? The rest of the apps function are ok but could be much better with a bit of deleveopment ??

The latest update has not addressed this issue. This is a useful app for a Citroën owner, however, is does have issues with the service indicator it says my next service is 7 years or 100,000 which either come first. I have entered my mileage 84k and the car is not 7 years old until late October, app says the is due in month so it needs to be tweaked.

Its way too basic. Very little work put in this app. Guys at least make the Owner manual available in the app!! Too bad

UPDATED A step backwards from the previous version (Link My Citroen). The developers have deleted my original data after importing it into this app (which they should have asked permission for but didn't!), and because of an issue I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and although the reinstall recognised the existence of the previous version and offered me the option to import the data, nothing was imported because it doesn't exist anymore. So my last 5000 miles worth of data (from new) is lost. In the UK, deleting a user's data without permission is illegal. I contacted Citroen Customer Services who had nothing constructive to say, and the first 5000 miles of data appears to be permanently lost. Since then, the new app has worked fairly well, except export of data doesn't include fuel prices or the journey classification. If the programmers knew what they were doing, this is an easy thing to get right.

Keeps telling me to connect to my car vis Bluetooth which i already have but it still tells me to connect to get the data from my car

Recently went abroad, changed from miles to kilometres, app stopped working, nothing recorded for whole trip

Now locks up since last update. Please fix

Too much of a handful

Doesn't log journeys despite phone being paired via Bluetooth. Have submitted support request but no progress yet. Update on 2017/06/20: journey tab now appears in app but has no info: still doesn't log journeys or fuel. Car has had a firmware update too but still nothing.

Does not connect to my C4 Cactus Flair Puretech 110. All other Bluetooth functions work seamlessly between my phone and the car, so this app definitely has a problem.

The app is supposed to show a data tab for all cars equipped with Bluetooth. Well, it doesn't. My C3 Picasso (17 reg) is Bluetooth enabled but no data tab in the app.

New user. Okay so far but have not tested all its functions properly.

Simply does not connect to my C3. All of the other Bluetooth functions work fine (calls, text, speech)

When originally installed it worked great. Since I returned from holiday fails to log in some of the time

Generally OK fails to log some journeys.

Used with a C4 Cactus Flair. Works well and I like the "where did I leave the car" screen.

Overall, this app is getting better. Thanks for including kms and litres - just the £ and € switch to go? Also, It doesn't allow me to select my favourite Citroen garage within the app - why not? On the website I can only choose this as long it's in the UK - I live in Spain.

I have the same problem as many other users in that the app does not work. Will contact Citroen technical help but judging from the responses from other reviewers I do not expect a resolution.

The app is quite good. Apart from the lack of other currencies I use it now every time I drive. Just please allow different currencies then I'll give 5 stars.

Need to fix login problem. Why do you have to log in every time you turn it on.
