It's a nice thought that any govt/office would offer an on-line forum for questioning what they're doing. Then to tell you they'll respond in two weeks?? Well. They failed.. They couldn't be bothered until after I'd waited the two weeks for reponses, questioned them about their failure to respond, and for failure to respond to that comment deinstalled the app.. A failure to operate within your own guidelines for the app is still a failure of the app..

This is just another way for neighbors to harass other neighbors by remaining anonymous when reporting a violation to the codes. The program works well for the most part, HOWEVER there should be a requirement to have ANY AND ALL VIOLATIONS be required to have a contact person and phone number, especially to ascertain correctly and justly that the report of violation is true and correct. I can understand why reporting parties want to remain an anonymous, however there should be a way to weed out the intentional harassment of others! Maybe a requirement to add name and number in reporting, but also keeping the info private to those that are being reported againt...in other words the reporting parties info would be available ONLY to City officials to keep reporting parties a bit more honest!
