I submitted a request via the app and even though it was over the Easter holiday weekend, I was truly amazed at the rapid response to completing the job. But was more incredible was the fact that I was notified via email and text that the job had been completed. Talk about efficient service, I am a believer!! I realize that the people who service our city can not be everywhere at all times. The fact that the city implemented this app shows and demonstrates a level of concern for happens in our city that is downright impressive. Thanks A Grateful Citizen of Miami Gardens
