For the cost of this app, the performance is terrible. Even when it worked, it had bugs but for the last week it won't even stay open and NO customer service. Parents, save your money and keep shopping for a useful, functional app!

For the most part, we really like this app. We are able to view our daughter's text messages in real time, see who she is calling, and can even keep track of what she is doing on social media. When it works, the keylogger function is also a great tool. Since we can track what she does on social media, we finally gave in and let our daughter create an Instagram account. Once Pumpic fixed the problems that arose with the new update, we thought we were good to go. Last night, however, we realized there is a direct message feature in Instagram that Pumpic does not monitor. Sure, we can see what our daughter is typing because of keylogger, but we can't see what is being typed to her. Thankfully I grabbed her phone and started going through these direct messages, because there was boy typing very inappropriate messages to my daughter. Though other people in the group were reacting to his messages, I had no idea what was being said because our daughter wasn't typing anything to respond to them. It would be so nice if Pumpic could add being able to view direct messages in Instagram to their app.

I paid for the premium. After I paid I was told it won't work with my phone. So I fought to get my money back and did the basic service. Turns out they only give you so many txts to have access to. So in March the quota was met and I cannot see anymore of my child's txts. What a waste of money. I paid for the whole year and it is useless. They will not work with you to get a refund. Very shady company.

I bought this for my daughter. Thing I was most excited about was the tracking feature. It dosent work also the messages are only updated each night when the phone syncs with I cloud total waste of money
