The app would be great but entering your receipt is nearly impossible. The receipt is sometimes unreadable due to the stores register printing issues. Sometimes there is no barcode and if you select that option the store you used isn't an option. I think they work hard to make sure you can't earn much of anything with the app. Seems underhanded to me.

The app itself is great if it worked. Everytime I go to eat and scan the receipt to work towards a free buffet I get a message one day later saying it didnt go through because it couldnt see something on the reciept! The pic I take is up close and you couldnt miss anything unless you just wanted to miss it. Bottom line cicis it seems will give any excuse not to take your receipt so you can never work toward a free buffet.

This app is a great concept. However, I cannot for the life of me redeem the buffets I purchase. I try to scan the barcodes, and an error message pops up saying to enter it manually. I enter it manually, and again, an error message pops up that I need to enter it manually. Which I just tried..? I've even tried the barcodeless option, but our local cicis is not on the list. How are we as customers supposed to earn rewards if your apps software won't acknowledge our visits? And how do you as a company expect to increase customer loyalty without fixing this root issue? Change the barcode issue, make it worth my visit, and I'll change my review. Until then, very dissapointed.

Try to do survey or scab and answer questions but all of questions are half readable so no way to get a correct answer. Love CiCi's but costs have gone up do much for Senior Citizens

Can't get to my rewards. It always wants me to down load a new app.

The app is great , but recently I wanted to add my receipt but has no barcode so I have to enter manually and isn't giving me the places near me ..fix please so I can add my receipt

Uhhh, just so y'all know.....it's not working. Trying to scan a $11 receipt. It won't take. This happened to on my previous visit as well.

Use invite code Marcu17 when you install!!!! It is waaay better than those other ones people posted. Use Marcu17 and a star in a distant galaxy will be named after you! UPDATE: It's been verified! Someone used my code and a star was named after them in Ursa Major. And we both got a Cici's free buffet coupon for some reason. Go figure.

Got the app because the cups at cicis advertised it. Open it and see I can't use it. Our receipts don't have barcodes and the "receipt without barcode" option doesn't turn up my local cicis in the search results. Very disappointed.

It automatically forces you to update I don't want to update takes up too much space on my phone so I have to delete stuff just to upgrade your app cuz I'm one buffet away from my free one you suck

Why do you need to know my wifi networking information and the names of all the connected Wi-Fi deviceS. The capital S indicates you want information on devices that have absolutely no connection to what this app does. Why do you need my Xbox information, why do you need my desktop information, why do you need information on anything connected to my Wi-Fi? Congratulations! You lost a customer because you want your customers personal information.

I keep getting an error when I try to upload a picture of my receipt. It takes several tries to get it to work.

Cicis does not need the names of the connected devices in my wifi. Rewards apps are becomming just another way to data mine users personal information. No thanks, uninstalling. The stingy benefits you provide in rewards don't come close to out weighing my personal information.

First... wouldnt download... Then wouldnt scan recipt... then said barcode manually entered was invalid... then when finally scanned, said barcode wasbinvalid. Tried doing without barcode, but when entered zip code Nada.

Version 2.51 crashes after login. Using Android version 4.4.2

By now they should have it in the app for ordering ahead, they need to step up the game.

Loved it until it updated. I went to use my free buffet and their end of the system refused my offer. The store said it done it to a few Pepe over a week period.. gave me email to email about it. They said they would give me back my buffet but haven't received it yet.

It was ok but the update scans my receipt but won't give me the credit and then when I tried to redeem they won't do it at CiCi's saying it was no good.

Walked in on the last day. Got my free meal which was the All-you-can-eat. Personally I love the Salad Bar more then the pizza. I will be back next week. It's a great place to eat and the music is another favorite of mine!!

So ridiculous. Spend $23 for it to tell me my visit doesn't meet the $7 minimum. TWICE now.

The punch cards were a better system for rewards, this whole app is designed so that you get less rewards than you did under the old system.
