This app continually crashes after one use and needs to be reinstalled. Used to work fine now not so much. If support is reading this, it crashes as soon as you open it

This app keeps crashing and offers the opportunity to send a report. I'm using a Samsung 7 active. Used to work fine. Now, every time I want to order, I have to uninstall the application and then reinstall it. Then it works fine until the next time I want to order. I've sent the report over. Hope you can fix it. It's a pain in the butt.

Worked for a while but I have to reinstall it everyone everytime I want to use it. Easy to use otherwise. Just annoying I have to keep reinstalling it, especially since it's a 33 MB download everytime.

App worked flawlessly at first but now it crashes and won't open at all

App crashes, doesnt open. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. It worked. Closed the app. Tried to open it again, it crashes upon opening. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. It worked once. Closed the app. Couldn't reopen it again. Uninstalling now again. What a piece of junk. Plus it's twice in a row that they mess up my order.

Need more options to customize orders for everything on the menu. Better to allow for comments with each dish so it can be customized. For example, we want to order little lyfer Flatbread but no option to remove mozzarella. It gives me the option for a while Flatbread. Again, comment section is a must to add especially with this restaurant food and people with allergies.

Fullfills its basic functionality although at the expense of user annoyance: Consumes battery, all the time on, sends notifications with no way to turn it off in app, and tracks your location at all times. Grossly inefficient app for what it's supposed to be doing.

Easy to go orders and great service at the Culver City location!

Was great, but now constantly crashing. Very frustrating.

Used to work but now it crashes when I open the app. Selected to report the issue but not sure if it went through.

Not only is the food and service great at the memphis Poplar location But the app is very convenient.

Like the interface but it drained my battery in the background.

Keeps crashing.
