It won't let me log in anymore. I even tried changing my password, but it just keeps saying "oops, something went wrong. Try again later" I also tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it many times. It is just a headache.

The shouting "WELCOME TO MOE'S!" every time I start the app is very annoying, too me and everyone around me, and silencing my phone first doesn't help. KILL THIS FEATURE WITH FIRE NOW! It also doesn't work at all for ordering can't find stores even when I have one around the corner.

It's main advertising that you can earn points every time you eat is DECEPTION, LIE!!! You we not be able to do it!!! You can scan just 2 barcodes each 24 hours and 24 hour starts after scan 2 barcode!!!

It's a great app. But don't ever get a new phone because it won't let you login to your account because it syncs your cell phone number and once it has it, it won't let you log in on your new phone because your number had already "been taken"

Scanner never works. Tried on two separate phones and neither worked. I routinely use schlotzkys app and it works perfectly every in within a half second.

Nothing works I've been to moes four times in this month and scanned four times it's only showed for one and I've going to the same restaurant so not worth my time

Amex cards are not working with this app or the website. Also, you ask for feedback after an order, but there's not an option to provide feedback on the actual ordering process. Perhaps your website or app vendor doesn't want negative feedback on the website or app? Please start supporting Amex cards again online and on the app.

Let me preface this with I eat at Moe's almost everyday, wonderful place and great reasonably priced food. This is a huge step back from the old reward system the stores had setup. I'd just punch in my phone number and done. Not "hold on let me scan the receipt...okay now you do whatever. Oh, it didn't work try it again. Okay, we got it." It's terrible! I'm just not going to use it and resent Moes for it.

I have been using this app for awhile and now all of a sudden the option to scan a receipt has stopped working. It keeps saying something about network connectivity issue at the printer. It was working fine about 2 weeks ago and now hasn't worked the last 2 times I attempted to scan my receipt. We go to our local Moe's every week ! Please fix the app

I used to love this app. Wanted to use it to order online and it needed to update and wouldn't let me use the app until I updated. Once I updated to the current version, I couldn't login. I kept getting error messages and asking to send error reports. Three days later and I still can't get into the app. I also didn't get a receipt for my online order and can't get points. We love Moes so please fix this so I can continue to be a happy customer.

Used to love the app, used it all the time. Now I can't log in to my previous account on the app, I set up a new account. My order did not get sent to the restaurant despite me being charged. I wasn't able to get my food and had to pay again. This app sucks and cost me money

I just wish they would focus on making an app that worked-one that would let me order food. I don't need an AR experience, I need for the basics to work first. I love Moe's and would eat there even more it the app made it easy.

Hmm, I missed out on the referral bonus fifty point code. Don't be like me, use MikeG80 when it asks you for a referral! I'm a bit disappointed the points reset on the anniversary date. My birthday is in June. I will never get a birthday reward because my reward level reset date is before it!!

I had to sign up all over again since they changed how they do their rewards. If you sign up for the new program, they will give you a free big cup of queso and a birthday burrito in your bday. The only thing is, when you sign up through the app, it doesn't give you those rewards. An app glitch I guess? Sign up through the website and confirm your email. Then, sign into the app and your rewards will be there.

I used to love the app. But every since an upgrade, I haven't been able to log in. At all. Just as others have said, it's giving me error messages and crash disputes. I have been emailing the Moes Rockin Reward helpdesk but unfortunately no fix that works has been given. This is not good. At. All.

Order online, have to wait 30 min til you can pick it up, then stand and wait for them to make it when you get there. Wont order on the app ever again.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it won't log me in, saying my info is incorrect even when I have double checked that it's correct. Not sure why this app is so inconsistent but I currently can't log in on my phone, so I guess I won't be eating Moe's for a while.

Use the code DaneArno16 on sign up don't miss free points or a free burrito like I did. And I love the mushrooms Moe's has. I can't ever get them on a burrito anywhere else. It is the reason I pick them over other places.

Unable to decline the purchase of queso or guac forcing me to pay an extra $1.30. Not the end of the world but a rather disrespectful way of increasing price

I think it is entirely shitty that points you have earned with purchases expire after 1 year. That REALLY screws over those of us that are not in a tax bracket that allows us to eat there weekly or even monthly. Also and the fact my "home"(closest one) store is 12 miles away so not really convenient for me either. But no really, I LOVE a rewards plan that really screws me over!! :-)

Cheats you and crashes. Takes two phone restarts on a brand new phone to get it to scan without hanging. Finally scans - telling me I got $10 for a $25 receipt, but neither amount is added to my account. What a scam!

It's nice when the system works. The input side of this app stays broken more than it stays operational. I find that I lose more rewards than I gain. Get the stores the equipment they need and keep it functional for 5 stars.

The app doesn't allow you to scan receipts and when it says to take a picture and submit it doesn't work either. Nice job Moes, the only thing worse than your service is your app.

App launches asking for my registration info, but when I add in my cell number it says "number already registered" Yeah. Duh. Me. From before. SO I cannot access anything because there's no way to back out of the reg screen. App could be useful, however it is useless. Sent help request, never heard a peep. Would be awesome, but seems awfully designed.

Please use "HeatherCu66" when you sign up to use the app. You'll receive a free 50 points for yourself and I too, will receive some points, so we will both benefit! It really is a great app and super convenient. I use it every time I go to Moe's, whether I dine in or order it to go. Besides the convenience, I love the occasional BOGO offers and other rewards that come with using the app. It's well worth the download and I highly recommend it to any fan of Moe's.

Really bad location selection interface. On two separate occasions I have selected the wrong location because it is so hard to distinguish locations with similar street names. Lost $20 because of this app.

I do not like this new rewards program. It is now next to impossible to get to your free meal. I miss the old program. The app doesn't work at all stores whice means manually enetering your receipts info. Yea right like I have the extra time or can keep up with the receipt.

We use this app all the time. About every 4 to 5 visits we get $10 off. What's not to love about that. Plus I love moes food.

I'm a very laid back person, but after a dozen screw ups, it becomes harder and harder to just give them a pass and say, "it's one mistake, they'll be better next time," but it hasn't gotten any better. I usually use the app when I'm at work and have someone pick it up for me, so things aren't always caught right away, so make sure you check your stuff. The first time I ordered, they forgot the drink and queso when you select to "make it a meal" next time, they didn't put in guacamole, which is extra! It's infuriating to have to pay for something (albeit it small around $1 and change) and not receive it. Then, they mess up ingredients sometimes, like giving me pickled jalapeños instead of fresh, which is fine, I'm not going to complain about it, but the biggest one, was when I ordered something and got home to find only greens and chicken on my salad. Like they didn't read that it had anything else on it, didn't care to check or just thought it was done? I don't know what else to say, but I doubt I'll be using the app anymore.
