This crap is from a healthcare IT company? Have you no shame? Won't use data like steps that are native to the devices attached to the phone it's installed on and instead it downloads from the internet account that has connected data flows? How dumb is this? Difficult to manually enter data, this garbage app sets back useful healthcare apps to when there wasn't such a thing.

Q70%
by Q####:

The thing that drives me nuts is that hitting the back button on my phone exits the app, nearly every other app has the back button take the last screen. I hate documenting anything in this unintuitive app.

Q70%
by Q####:

Maybe worst health and wellness application I've ever seen. Poor design and unusable in its present state.

Y70%
by Y####:

It won't record my steps. The Help desk said it should communicate with my other apps in order to record my steps. He doesn't know how to help me.

Q70%
by Q####:

Just as bad as the website to track anything with.

Q70%
by Q####:

Pressing back logs me out. That needs to fix asap. This makes using the app very frustrating. And everytime I try to update my medication list is says "data connection failure, Reload app". There is no problem with my data connection. Why did they encourage folks to use this app when it clearly is not well tested or ready for public usage?

Q70%
by Q####:

11JUL16 - - 1) I have to login with my pin. Every. Time. 2) Only for logging. Does not sink with my Samsung pedometer. Or calorie counter. 3) For not sinking with anything if it's very slow to load. - uninstalling, may try again in 6 months.

Q70%
by Q####:

Terrible app. Basically useless. Only keep it because my employer requires me to have it. My fitness pal is a much better calorie counter. Why can't the app just count steps for me like Google fit?

Q70%
by Q####:

First of all....UI is bad. Second of all....need to add CROSSFIT to your "exercise" list. What a joke. If I singled out everything I did, from kettlebells, to pushups, situps, running, weight lifting and numerous other things.....would take me all day to enter 1 hours worth of work. Needs to be more generalized as well. If there is a way to connect to other apps, that would be great too....i do alot of running amd use a different app to track. So now its just more time i have to spend. This app sucks

P70%
by P####:

Simple layout for home screen which I like. However whenever I go to enter data it keeps crashing. Also, things I enter don't get saved/put to top of choices.

Q70%
by Q####:

If I could give a lower rating I would. Says it loses internet connect when I clearly have internet. Have to re log in several times. Not worth my time.

V70%
by V####:

Will not let me log in I keep getting a connection failure error dialog. This then conveniently removes all my input when the app reloads so I get to type it multiple times. Perhaps it improves health by engaging you with pointless typing exercises.

O70%
by O####:

It's not letting me enter all 11 digits of my portal number it only allows 10 digits and then says the number is not recognized. Please fix this it's rather aggravating!

Q70%
by Q####:

Only installed because my employer uses it for wellness tracking. Easier to add steps with the app than the website.... Barely. Worthless for an actual exercise enthusiast.

Q70%
by Q####:

Bad design, unable to delete entries made in error, when I try to enter medications I get a "connection error reload app" message every time, not inuitive, does not have common foods in database, looks more like a commercial for certain brands, overall feels like a bad thrown together at the last minute design

U70%
by U####:

The back button on any screen will log you out. Food is listed alphabetically so searching is cumbersome. Logging a workout takes forever. I'm only using it because work is forcing me to.

Q70%
by Q####:

Every time you try to enter ANY info, it says poor connection reload, close. I have Verizon and all bars at work and it still gives me issues.

Y70%
by Y####:

Doesn't sync with pedometer. Slow. Logs out constantly. Would be a complete failure of an app if it wasn't tied to corporate wellness programs.

Q70%
by Q####:

Mine no longer works. It has a connection failure error when I try to log in. I've tried clearing the cache, reinstalling, mobile data, wifi, etc.

Q70%
by Q####:

Has the potential to be a very useful app but, at the moment, is plagued by many bugs and glitches.

Q70%
by Q####:

Ugh hard to enter data, it doesn't sync with anything, easier to use website.

Q70%
by Q####:

A big disappointment. Completely manual entry, and clicking back competently exits app. Then I have to login...again.

B70%
by B####:

Terrible. Other than ALL the bad reviews which are already said and true, I find out that it can't sync steps from android. Only reason I have it is my employer requires it

Q70%
by Q####:

I only installed because it's the app required by my work wellness program, but MFP works waaaay better

E70%
by E####:

The app is unusable. It keeps giving an error message when I try to log in.

Q70%
by Q####:

Can't seem to get a portal number. Not user friendly

M70%
by M####:

Hard to navigate, offers little added value, doesn't integrate. Only using because of incentives from employer.

Q70%
by Q####:

This app does very little. It has about 7 icons for entering things like weight, blood pressure, etc. It doesn't sync with any other fitness apps I use, like Google Fit, myfitnesspal, or LG health. It has scroll-y ways of entering things like dates (really?) and is very clunky to use. If my employer didn't require the use of this, I would delete it from my phone and never look back.

Y70%
by Y####:

Apparently according to this "health" app all food comes from hardees or panera bread, i made ham sandwich with a pretzel bun... yeah an hour later and i finally gave up trying to find that in the food log

Y70%
by Y####:

The exercise list is ridiculous (16 bicycling entries, 28 running entries, cleaning, fishing from boat, horseback riding, 3 kinds of spinning? Really?) and it's not cached on your phone so you have to scroll, wait, scroll, wait, scroll, wait, it takes forever to get to the bottom of the list if you want to add weight training. The app also doesn't match the web portal (where aerobic and strength training are separate). This app needs an overhaul.

Y70%
by Y####:

Very poor UI design really kills it. Long time to add a workout and is very unintuitive. 5 mins to track a month's worth of activity (got fed up with the app and fell behind) on the website vs. 30 minutes+ on the app. Not common a mobile app is less convenient than the website for basic tasks. Please redo this app's UI to make it usable.

Y70%
by Y####:

Does not synch with my fitbit even tho it's synced on the website. No exercises logged.

R70%
by R####:

Way too many options, way too much security. Just give me a simple way to log my exercise for challenges at work.

Y70%
by Y####:

Its not a bad app, exactly, but you can find better health related apps in the Play Store. There are vastly superior nutrition, exercise, and calorie counter apps available than this.

Y70%
by Y####:

You would think with so many complaining about the same thing they would fix it! You can't add as much on the app as you can on the desktop site. It really needs a lot of work and maybe someone will finally see all of these complaints and fix it

V70%
by V####:

Poorly designed app. Pain in the button to log anything. Would not recommend.

Y70%
by Y####:

This is too complicated. My fitness pal is way easier to use.

Y70%
by Y####:

It's a royal pain to add exercises, wish it would link to fitbit. Would also like to be able to do the quizzes and classes on phone. When you travel as much as I do it would make it easier. App just needs to be more user friendly.

Z70%
by Z####:

It's not letting me enter all 11 digits of my portal number it only allows 10 digits and then says the number is not recognized. Please fix this it's rather aggravating!
