Confederazione ES.A.AR.CO.

La Confederazione, apartitica e senza fine di lucro, persegue lo scopo di rappresentare e tutelare gli interessi economici e sociali delle imprese esercenti attività agricole, artigiane e commerciali ed in particolare:
· coordinare ed unificare le singole iniziative delle imprese e delle loro forme associate che svolgono attività nei nove macro settori ATECO;
· appresentare e tutelare gli interessi professionali e aziendali dei Professionisti e delle P.M.I. e delle loro forme associate, operando per la realizzazione dell’unità del mondo del lavoro e delle professioni;
· sviluppare ogni iniziativa tendente alla rappresentanza, alla formazione libera, allo sviluppo tecnico-professionale e a tutela dei diritti delle imprese e dei professionisti europei;
· favorire lo sviluppo dei soci in ogni forma e settore, anche coordinando ed organizzando corsi di formazione professionale, corsi di aggiornamento, tavole rotonde, seminari, a favore dei soci stessi ed eventualmente a favore delle associazioni e federazioni aderenti; Designare e nominare propri rappresentanti in Enti, Organismi, Commissioni e simili, allorquando tali designazioni siano di sua competenza;
· promuovere ed attuare, tramite i propri uffici e le proprie strutture collegate, qualsiasi iniziativa che tenda a fornire, anche alle singole imprese associate, la consulenza e l’assistenza per la soluzione delle problematiche e l’assolvimento degli adempimenti inerenti l’organizzazione, la gestione e lo sviluppo delle loro imprese. In questo ambito la Confederazione presta alle imprese associate direttamente, o tramite le strutture collegate, partecipate, controllate, servizi di formazione, di informazione e di assistenza, in materia fiscale, amministrativa, contabile, finanziaria, bancaria, creditizia, assicurativa e ambientale, nonché in materia di lavoro, previdenziale, e assistenziale, e quanto altro può necessitare al loro sviluppo e/o alla loro gestione;
· partecipare alla costituzione di sedi su tutto il territorio nazionale, regionale e provinciale che abbiano finalità funzionali al raggiungimento degli scopri sopra descritti.
Al fine di perseguire gli scopi sopra elencati, la Confederazione Associazione potrà:
1. Delegare ad organizzazioni, professionisti od altri enti esterni, la gestione parziale o totale delle proprie funzioni;
2. Aderire ad altre associazioni e/o confederazioni nazionali sindacali di categoria, o collegarsi alle stesse ed in eguale maniera possono aderire o collegarsi ad ES.A.AR.CO. associazioni sindacali di categoria nazionali, regionali, o provinciali, previa delibera del consiglio direttivo e purché le stesse abbiano finalità simili ad ES.A.AR.CO.; tali associazioni, aderenti o collegate, non avranno diritto di voto in assemblea. The federal government, non-partisan and non-profit organization, aims to represent and protect the economic and social interests of undertakings carrying out agricultural activities, craft and trade and in particular:
· Coordinate and unify the individual initiatives of enterprises and their associated forms that carry out activities in the nine major sectors ATECO;
· Appresentare and protect the professional and business interests of Professionals and P.M.I. and their associated forms, working for the realization of the unity of the world of work and the professions;
· Develop any initiative tending to representation, to free education, in technical and professional development and to protect the rights of European businesses and professionals;
· Promote the development of the shareholders in any form and industry, coordinating and organizing training courses, refresher courses, round tables, seminars, for the benefit of members themselves and possibly in favor of associations and member associations; Designate and appoint its own representatives in institutions, bodies, committees and the like, when such designations are within its competence;
· Promote and implement, through its offices and its related structures, any initiative that aims to provide even to individual member companies, advice and assistance for the solution of the problems and the fulfillment of their obligations concerning the organization, the management and development of their businesses. In this context, the federal government pays to companies associated directly or through affiliated structures, subsidiaries, subsidiaries, training, information and assistance on tax, administrative, accounting, financial, banking, credit, insurance and environmental, as well as labor, social security, and welfare, and more that can require for their development and / or management;
· Participate in the establishment of offices throughout the country, regional and provincial levels who have functional purposes to achieving discover described above.
In order to attain the objectives listed above, the Association Confederation may:
1. To delegate to organizations, professionals or other external bodies, the partial or total management of its functions;
2. Join with other associations and / or national trade union confederations, or to connect to the same and in equal manner can join or connect to ES.A.AR.CO. trade unions of national category, regional, or provincial, following a resolution of the board and as long as these have similar objectives to ES.A.AR.CO .; these associations, members or associates, shall not be entitled to vote at the meeting.
