They don't seem interested in the living conditions. With pictures taken, and full honesty. The worst service ever.

I have submitted 2 reports; 1 regarding graffiti and 1 regarding deco-lights that are out, and both were falsely updated to say that the problems were fixed. Who is responsible for updating the status of the reports and how can I contact them? Rating 5 stars because the app is a great tool to report things, just upset about the response or lack thereof to problems.

I've been reporting an issue with a block of dark street lights on a monthly basis since February and have yet to receive a response or acknowledgement of my request...leads me to wonder if the app is working properly. Requests to other departments (streets/potholes) have been promptly remediated and closed out. App needs a category to escalate requests when no response or remediation is received within a reasonable amount of time.
