TastyKhana - Order food online

After getting acquired by FoodPanda they have lost all their zeal to do business. After waiting for your food for a couple hours, when you call the restaurant to inquire what the hell is happening, you get to know they didn't get any order request in the first place, and, you can't contact TK-- as they go to bed at 11pm, switching off their customer care number.

Easy to order n nice UI..but missing the trinkets as it was more convenient.lots of menu covered.. Simply loving it!!!

Just because the delivery guy has to take a u-turn, the order got cancelled from the restaurant Ghar ki Khana. Waste app. Wish there was a negative option. Neways will order from Just Eat who never betrays..

Worst experience ever. Payments wouldn't work. Vouchers wouldn't work. Good for nothing. Waste of time. Better go out and eat than ordering from this terrible app.

First of all, great team. With regular updates, the app got better and better. Initially I thought this app being a waste, now my opinion is changed. Now, I'm regularly using this app for ordering food. Great job guys.

Since FoodPanda acquired Tastykhana, they stopped pushing updates to the app.

I had done 2 transactions on 26th march 2015 with tasty khana. Due to unknown reasons my order with tasty khana was not placed successfully. I tried to place order again, even then also order not placed successfully. But from my paytm an amount was debited twice. Those amount has not been refunded yet. Find the below transaction deatais. Since food panda bought tasty khana this app and services have gone down. A lot of work is required to improve this app

Tastykhana's interface was good. Since foodpanda took over tastykhana it is getting worse.

Ordering food from this app for the last two months. Good UI, so many coupons available and customer care is also good. I had faced one issue, they resolved in two days.

It was worst experience i am deleting app i order cake and make online payment via PayTM but shopkeeper told me have to pay again because he doesn't have online payment facility then why food panda collected payment?

A complete cheat app. ordered food at 8:48 pm. id NK2T6NNK14. After exactly one hour they cancelled the order. Just imagine you ordered food and after an hour when you expect the food to reach you they are informing it is cancelled. Will never ever use this app again. Previously for order NGXR13KIOU they app showed Rs 270 but the restaurant took Rs 300 . Money suckers. Mailed you many times but not getting any reply. Also I had 200 trinkets which is gone now. What have you done to them?

I placed an order using the app at around 9.50pm my time. I received a confirmation email in a few seconds that the order has been placed. After about 45 mins I contacted the restaurant and they said these TastyKhana guys never forwarded my order to them. And when I requested them to take my order, it was closing time, hence left me hungry. This app is disgusting.

Most times they have some or the other payment issues. Wasted time and effort energy. Customer care misguided me last time I called them(complaint no. 10117 Satish Representative) don't waste time over the offers, it's a mental torture most times

Worst app ever , they never deliver and also their customer care never responds.they never text you any details also. They are bunch of fools who make people wait for 2 hours. Please its a sincere request never order from this app.

It was worst experience i am deleting app i order food at 8 pm till 9pm nothing happen and at 9 called costumer care and after 15 minutes he was unable to answer and atlast he cut phone and didn't solve the problem.
