Great app, easy to use and great customer service.

They just take my money because I didn't open like 4months ? What the **** ?

The app itself is good, stable. But the company keeps calling, writing emails several times per week (for months now) and they want to give their advice how to trade... I prefer to trade on my own, taking my own investment decisions as I am the one who is taking the risk.

They advise double up methods and martingale strategy to people through which you will surely loose all investment over a week max a month and feed the market. Much better investment options out there so don't put your hard earned money here. They talk proffesionally but majority people will loose and only 1% make money. It's a gamble not technic. I know Quick option team will reply on this review very proffesionally but don't fall for it.

Careful!!!! Before signing up just keep in mind that you cannot delete your account. Meaning they keep all your info even if you have stopped trading with them, and even after you have deleted the app.

I'm using it for a while now, depending on live session with an experienced traders which help us to do some profits, what I noticed if you going to invest a bigger amount it always would cover the loses, still nothing is guaranteed in any business, who ever wanna know my experience with the app from United Arab Emirates, feel free to contact me, I'm happy to show you what I have made.

They will try to delay your verification and prevent you from withdrawing the amount after you have placed deposit and on top of that they will keep calling back in a rude manner.

My card company is not transferring funds to them as they have multiple complaints of fraud with them...

So bad they taked my money and when a wanted to get it back they refused

A lot of them and they want you to open accounts on trading platforms. Not related to binary options so I'm not sure how they got my number. Would avoid, so only 1 star.

My experience on the platform and the customer service support for quickoption is good and prompt .. withdrawal is of no issue.. very safe to invest.. well done..

Transaction fee per trade and annual frees are not clear. Also, if im a long term investor and want to hold a stock for a couple of months would they charge me for not trading. These stuff if they are not transparent, u should try ur luck with another platforms. I would highly recommend interactive brokers.

Had issues having my account verified, sent various emails and got no reply. Message them on Facebook and it was sorted in a matter of hours. User interface is good but get lots of messages trying to get me to upgrade my account

They keep on calling me and sending me emails to fund my account. I told them I'll fund it when am ready and when I want you, and I told them I don't wish to be contacted and that I'd contact them when I'm ready to start.. but they don't respect this wish and they'd call several times in a row even when I reject the call because I'm in a meeting. They keep on calling like an obsessive clingy partner. Doesn't look good.

Mobile platform seems great, but I do think that the new desktop platform could use some updates, such as changing from graph to candlesticks etc. Also having a manned support tech active in the app would be great, however Facebook is on call and ready to help. Withdrawal is not a problem here I have made 2 and both were successful. Overall quickoption seems legit.

App doesn't let me login! I want to fund my account and start trading! I tried resetting the password plenty of times, still won't work when I login. Just gives me an unknown error.

Since I have downloaded this App past two weeks, it's keep on uploading I can't trade and my account is fund please admin help. I keep on reinstalling it but still doing the same thing.
