With no hassle I can get what I want from a part of london where I don't have to go! Now to taste something amazing from a small restaurant that doesn't do deliveries I don't have to wait for a special occasion. The team is so supportive and responsive!

A delivery service is meant to deliver. So not much use if you place an order and the system doesn't receive the order despite the website itself sending you a verification code. What a load of rubbish. Website should execute on service rather than how many dogs they have in the office!!

They took my order, failed to send any form of email or text confirmation, the bill said 'Price TBC' and then an hour after ordering they called to tell me that the shop had closed and they couldn't fulfil my order. Use ubereat or Deliveroo instead.

Can't even register! Says theres a problem and to contact quiqip but there are no contact details!! Absolute crap...

Had an issue ordering with their site so downloaded the app, even worse! Can't even put my delivery address

Couldn't register.

Screen flow is a chaos and UI is a bit of laggy. I pull out order history the second time my latest order is gone. I am a bit of worried about this screen flow which might cause some request to be executed twice e.g. order request ... find a proper Android developer

Couldn't even give them my money. You know your company has serious issues when you can't even take your money. Where do I begin? They don't even deserve it. Bye.

Great service

I'm off with some virus and thought this would be a great way of getting the shopping. But after finally managing to register (and that wasn't easy) whatever I do it just clears the screen or goes back a screen. Uninstalling.

This app does not work. Used to used it all the time on iphone where it was still hit and miss, but now it just doesnt work for android at all, despite all the new updates and 'bug fixes'. Im quite shocked at how long these bugs havent been fixed.

Annoying i have to register to see if my postcode is covered. Which it isnt...

It would save people time and effort if you simply listed the areas of London currently covered. I guess you don't cover Canary Wharf yet. Ta ra.

Instead of allowing you to check if your area is served,you need to install the app and then sign up and then it let's you know. I love in Birmingham and there is no service coverage here

Can't even check delivery areas without confirming phone number and giving your email/postcode/full name. Avoid.

Shouldn't break using one of the most popular smartphones with stock OS. Incredible really.

I was forced to use Jinn until this one came along. Now I have switched. Jinn was offering a "order anything" concept but that's fallen away in some cases as they have partnered with some retailers and only offer limited items. Glad this one has come along.
