This app is a great example of what happens when unskilled developers are trying to write code. Rakuten should fire them immediately....

I select Rakuten Global but I can't sign in with my existing account and also Mexico isn't listed in the country list, which is absurd because I have ordered before from the desktop version.

Search engine doesn't work well, unable to search items available in global market easily

Samsung Galaxy S7. Search results not very accurate. Cannot view items when tapping, get a "Sorry about that" error. Then, web page error, then Android error. I'll stick with PC browsing on Rakuten.

Please add more categories, like gunpla, gundam, or brand such as bandai.

Font too small and not able to change. Uninstall it

Utterly disgraceful takes ages to load even though I'm connected to WiFi, I search for a specific items and I get about 200,000 results and the item I'm searching for isn't even on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd page in fact I still haven't found it, the actual website doesn't even have a search bar to search for items just the homepage full of random crap they are trying to ram down your throat. Used to be a great site now it's gone WAY down hill.

What good is a shopping app if you can't easily go back to the point where you left off before clicking on an item? It really sucks to have to start browsing all over if the item you click on is not really what your looking for.

They will not get my business anymore, they won't let me log in. It says email address invalid despite the fact they email me almost everyday at this address.

Needs much patiance to wait for loading the page. Quite some product s can't add to the cart. Many shops only display new products, can't find other products.

This shopping app is so stupid and says you can choose your country but when you buy they say they cannot ship out to your country but ask for you to go through a third party which means paying even more, plus overseas tax. If you are going to make it so cumbersome to buy stuff from your app than please say no international shipment.
