There are many Glucose Tracking apps available for for people with diabetes that have great features like reporting, charts and diabetic meal plans. If you are looking for those things in an app, please give them a try. With two diabetics in the family, a Type 1 and a Type 2, both with vision impairment, we had a hard time finding an app that was not frustrating to use because of our vision difficulties so GlucMon was born. Now we log and report our blood glucose levels to our Diabetic teams with ease. Having an easy to use tracker to monitor our blood sugar levels has been very helpful in controlling our diabetes.

Data entry is so simple. Date and time are filled in automatically and can be modified. I record my meals in the notes field using my phone’s voice to text capability so I don’t even have to type that part. When it’s time for my Diabetic check-up, I tap the export button and email the report to myself, print it out and bring it with me to my appointment. I’m sure my doctor appreciates this. My hand written log was not very easy to decipher. This is definitely not a flashy app but I’m giving it 5 stars because it does exactly what the description says it does and it does exactly what I need it to do. Replacing my hand written glucose / sugar tracking log, has reduced the hassle that managing my diabetes can sometimes be. I have type 1 diabetes and also track my insulin using GlucMon. - Sharayah

It's a shame when considering apps for diabetics we can't be trusted with the information we create. Capturing text to add to a text message or include limited data in an email can't be done. If all I needed was a log, my meter does that already.

The interface is easy and user friendly. I love that it has a place for carbs and insulin amounts. The only thing I'd like to see added is a place for the correction bolus and the ability to put in a half unit. The other apps only have the ability to add your bg without any of the other important information.
