Mostly freezes up, won't allow changes to critieria 70% of the time. Too frustrating, don't put something out that is not ready.

Not even sure where to begin. The filter fails to function. It lags. Embarrassing to use with buyers in front you who pull faster on Zillow. For what is paid in dues, we should get better than perfect.
