Rapido Captain

This app is not letting me either sign in or login. I did the password reset, again after resetting the password it responds same error that mobile number already registered. Fb login also isnt functioning .. it was rhe same reason I uninstalled the app earlier ..

Rapido doing very worst service because I pickup the regular customer per day and other customer also but rapido is saying this is fraud and not give the payment and some time they give the payment for that also and what we are earning they only kept the money and company said me due to fraud case I will not give the payment so I hate these type of worst service and management.

I had registered my number in rapido but when I tried to register in rapido capatin it was showing error mobile number already registered as a customer. Team here is my question to you' Why can't a person be a customer and captain using a single mobile number on both the apps . Resolve this and I will be a part of your team and kindly revert me back to get this issue resolved or remove my number from the customer app and then I will try from the captain app . If not possible hope u loose me.

App has bugs. This app has login problem. If u have already registered as a customer u can not offer ride. Poor logic implementation.

First update the aap bugs not even work properly hire limited captains in Bangalore don't do like OLA and uber if customer demand low captain is Number of 400 or 500 how all we get the rides first stop hiring people hire people from non serviceable area...in Bangalore btm layout jayanagar banashankari kumaraswamylayout and many areas is there don't hire others wise u r promising salary we can earn 25000 per month but now if I login for full day also we are getting hardly 5 to 6 rides

Worst app, believe me they are untrusted people never go to them for working and business purposes they are cheating and making fun of people never work for them. Rapido is cheating common people.

Since this app is working fine till now,but it should be modified like one option should come for setting captain's route so that captain will get the same route rider and captain can pick and drop the rider without any problem

Waest of petrol and energy time they will not give amount properly it's not good very very bad.

Great, Gud for short nd long ride, specially when u r travelling alone nd do not want to pay for hefty taxi fare of 3 +seater charges.

Sir please change payment structure Because all are trouble to go for long ride because amount same for long & short distance..... please change this ......U give earnings incentive All are go to like long ride Example Daily​ earn rider 500rs U give just 200 incentive amount ... I think this is better way to increase more rides & also satisfy coustmers

What kind of service your giving? I went to office at hsr layout, took 30 min training session, uploaded all necessary docs, but my account did not get activated even after 5 days. What ever the numbers they gave connects to the receptionist there. She is very unprofessional, dont listen to what we say. I called her few times, she speaks rudely and deliberately isn't recieving my call now. Is this the kind of service you people are giving to us?? Shame.

Waste of time and petrol they say big amount when u r joining but nothing is real, better to work from swigi,Foodpanda... For single ride you need to travel 20kms which will take 90 min and u will get 50rs..

I was trying to register and it says that both my contact numbers are registered already, i have no clue who's doing this! Please correct this issue.

Now a days am not getting rides properly, then almost 10 orders are cancelled in a day and we get most of the time only long trips by this we go in loss

My penalty is more than my income Penalty for picking same customer again Penalty if some other rider picks call before u Penalty in login hour incentives Warning and penalty if our friends uses Then what will we get ?

There are two bugs i came across. 1) whenever I stop the trip by saying dropped, I immediately get a error message as ride cancelled, when I press back button it wil take me to main page (map), by this time the invoice page is gone. And i don't get option to rate customer. 2) whenever my battery is low the rapido alert of battery comes on my notification screen even if i Clear notification it reappears with annoying vibrate. Which leads to more battery loss of my phone.and specially this notification comes when i am offline in rapido. 3) there's no details available to see about cancelled order (after all we also want to know how many orders got cancelled due to what reason)

They don't allow the captain to sign in if the app gets uninstalled. Poor responses for the captains request. I had raised a request in the month of may 2017 to change from pooling to flexi but it's still in process they doesn't bother about it

All time it's showing play service stopped y it's coming I don't know please do needful
