Worst ever app seen In my life time, on top of it Indian government had added this link In IRCTC. I made payment using razor pay on IRCTC trusting government. At the end both cheated me for 291 twice in total 582 inr. Support of razor pay sucks....... Hats off work by government agencies no in clearing this payment service for IRCTC

Switch to payumoney if you are thinking about having this payment gateway as a solution. Thought they take time, it will be done systematically. This Razorpay has horrible support and backend. I made a full refund request and within a second by mistake. When I approach them for a solution, they only give excuses saying they cannot do anything about it. I don't recommend this gateway to anyone since they only have so called technology which happens in seconds but they don't have any team who is capable of working on solutions in case of emergency. Both the customer agents named Swetha & Karthik are horrible.

worst app at the time of registration they ask to pay 1 rs and i made the payment thrice money got deducted but still the process repeats and asks to pay again.

I made one bill payment through your portal from chrome browser, money has been deducted but didn't reflected in the concerned account. Please help with refunded the amount at earliest.
