Since a major upgrade over the weekend this app just crashes. Support suggested I upgrade to Nougat. Upgraded my phone to lollipop and it now works. Disappointing they've clearly not tested it on older Android versions. If it doesn't work on older versions, play store shouldn't let you install it.

Not really good enough for 2016. Basically just a front-end for the mobile website with relatively limited functionality. Banks within the same group (e.g. Natwest) have vastly superior apps (fingerprint login, better UI, etc). Coutts' entire digital offering is about a decade behind the competition. If you want to open an ISA, you need to post the bloody forms back to them. Why? Why can't I do it online? Why can't I see my mortgage online as I could with Natwest? On a positive note, Coutts staff are ace!

Keeps crashing on Android and no fix for ages. Very slow at fixing problems with the app.
