RDM+ Remote Desktop

So while in rdm+ the keyboard no longer pops up. So I try to go to settings and the thing crashes. Also your help tab crashes it also. Might want to look into that. Used this since it first came out. Now it is garbage

Wonderful app for computer remote. I have been using it for a few years and although it is feature rich, it is very simplistic in its use. I would recommend it to everyone as it is a very well written and solid app.

There seems to be no way to connect to a pc and execute cntl+alt+del key. I have spent 1 hour trying to contact the company to ask a support question. It seems as though the company has closed down. No support seems to be available.

It got down graded to a 3 Star. This is mainly due to, I can no longer access the menu to give me access to which screen I could view on the app. Any chance of a fix?

I can be anywhere and work on computer projects and the connection and ease of use is fancinating. Tried all the other remote apps and they dont stack up like this one. Props to the developers.

Worked great on Android 4. Now had to move to Android 5 or 6 and is useless. Will only zoom to full screen view now. Not large enough to read. Help link has never responded to many requests. Very disappointed. I have relied on rdm+ for many years now unusable.

I have been using it for several years. Great app. Recently i switched to Galaxy express 3 from samsung galaxy note 2 and i cannot find a way to get the keyboard when i need to enter text. I hope there is a way.

I have had this app on several phones and I need it for work. It has worked nearly flawlessly for every device I have had except for my galaxy s7. The problem I am having is that it won't let me go into settings to invert the mouse controls. This is a MAJOR problem as it makes controlling the cpu I'm accessing much more difficult. Please address this issue I do not want to be forced to use a different application

RDM+ app. I had purchased this app before and was running properly. But since I had formated my PC and changed my phone, it's not working. The message says "THE COMPUTER NO._____IS NOT CONNECTED". I have even lodged a complaint to the support team but there is no reply.

This has stopped working! Says computer isn't connected when it is............................... ..................................... I have been using rdm+ since windows professional 6.5. Why do i have to manually enter all the computers associated with my account? Can't a simple install/sign in suffice? I preffered how it worked on win 6.5, press/hold and your menu appears and you select whatever it is you wanted to do. Now, though it is streamlined, it is intrusive.

trying for first time... weird cursor moving - I moving up, he goes down, I left, cursor right. played for 5 min. and exit :)

I've been using rdm for over a year and its being working fantastic. I use it on my android phone and iPad, both apps work great..

Love this app, but in marshmallow it crashes everytime I try to go into settings. Needs updated, I will change my rating if it is fixed.

cant change the cursor mode, its still in reverse direction, please help me since i cant find the setting from my android device. Im using mac

Don't waste your time or money.

It has evolved over the years to be totally perfect. So very convenient.

Its the best and works perfectly, just don't forget to install Bonjour during installation

works Great on my Droid. Have used it for 3years, Also on my Samsung galaxy note 2

it was working now just says computer xxxxxxxx is not connected

Extremely annoyed that it seems this has completely stopped working. It insists the computer is not connected when it IS. I have tried reinstalling RDM Desktop but still doesn't work. Support don't respond anymore. The app also hasn't been updated for over 2 years. Abandonware.

It doesn't work anymore. No answer from support team, I can't even access them. I have to look for another similar app from another developer.

Downloaded the new version, keeps on giving a screen to enter key, I've sent emails to support and everyone except the president...still no support..beware..

Application had been working very well but is not working now. Despite having sent a support request almost a week ago I have received no response. This is totally unacceptable. Please respond to my support request. Your website has a support link which goes nowhere. I don't want a response to this feedback 'see previous response' please fix your system or refund my money. Potential purchasers beware! This company and software is crap. Check out RealVNC 25 years in business producing software that works 5*

I wish there was a way to stop the annoying double window. and to display a normal mouse. Also it is only fast when you zoom in.

Usen it for 4 years on Blackberry and worked great. Now on S5 it worked great for 3 month then became problamatic. Say computer cannot be found. But when at home within wifi range then it works. Is this a bug?

Used to love this app until the pc I am using started to ask for registration every day. registered and re registered to no avail. Sent endless tickets to shape services with no answer. Utterly useless to our business now.

RDM+ works great. I use it whenever I want to figure out what's going on at the rig. I've never been disappointed by it.

Excellent software i had this on my first windows phone years ago purchased it then and now

I just upgraded my tablet from a gen1 iPad to a Samsung galaxy s, and I now have no access controls to type or enter anything...so it makes this app completely useless. Is there any updates you can make so tablets are supported? I have been using RDM for almost 7 years and it is the best, I and I want to stay with it, I just cannot use it with my new tablet now. Please bring my controls back.

To those trashing this app over slow speeds, check your network/equipment, 4G is around 10x faster than 3G. If you have good equipment & good network, this app works fine. IT'S A REMOTE DESKTOP.

Great app. Have worked flawlessly on my S3 remoting on to a Vista PC. Would love to see the support extended to Win 8 and Linux.

Sorry I paid for it. Was looking for something to work with my android phone and a Mac pro. Worked, but not smooth. Also wanted a remote mouse, which this didn't have.

It's good and i always use this app..but i wanna ask something, if i want to wipe my phone data or switch my phone..how can i get this app again?
