I make frequent trips overseas and regularly need passport photos for visas. I am also the point person for friends who look to begin traveling internationally. This app has expedited my passport photo processing time, which has relieved many headaches for me. Additionally, this app has proved beneficial and simple, as a crucial next step for my friends beginning the passport making process to fulfill their dreams of international travel. I highly recommend!!

I used this app to get passport photos of my toddler. Its a nightmare trying to get a toddler to sit or stand still. This app give you feedback on each picture. There is no guessing about whether or not your picture will be rejected. Yes, you have to pay to print it out but in the my opinion, the convenience makes the cost well worth it.

First of all it took forever to get the picture just right so that it would be approved by the "tiny minions". After wasting about 30 minutes to take 3 people's pictures they were approved. You can only print 1 at a time to Walgreens so that was cumbersome to have to enter all the information three times. Then we went to Walgreens to pick up the pictures and were told that none of them would pass for passport photos and ended up having them take the pictures in the store. Don't bother with the app, much easier to go to the store and let someone qualified do it for you.

This is the best passport photo app by a mile. So many options, and it won't let you mess up. I can't believe an app that saves you so much money and so many potential headaches is free to download.

This App worked perfectly. Much more convenient than going into the store to have my photo taken. Worth every penny!

I am so grateful for Passport Photo Creator! This app is extremely user friendly and completely reliable in time of need when I wanted a passport photo taken efficiently, accurately, and conveniently from the comforts of my own home. The app tutorial was very helpful. When I arrived to Walgreens to pick up photo, it was ready for pick-up and printed just as photo was taken. Went to turn in my passport application and they said that my picture was the bare minimum so they wouldn't accept it. Now I have to pay another $15 to get them printed again, but I can't zoom in on the app or save the picture to make it so it's more than the minimum size.

You do this so you don't have to pay $14 for a photo and it won't let you send multiple photos even though it says you can. Pure garbage.

If you need a digital copy of your photo, you can't save it, you need to go to their stores to print it! Useless app. Very dissapointed!

Takes a great pic for your passport but makes you use walgreens to print it. Would get better rating if i could print from home

Love this app. I have taken many passport photos for visa and many other travel related documents and this app is the best I have seen for compliant passport photos. It was very quick and easy to use. I watched the instructional video and I took a solid photo within minutes. I had my eye glasses on and it notified me to take off my glasses. Very cool. I would not hesitate to recommend to my associates.

The app is pretty cool. But when I printed to my local Walgreens the picture was too dark. According to the app it was "Perfect". Disappointed but I see the potential.

I am so upset. I downloaded this app to take a picture for the passport of my kid. I couldn't get a good picture as my child was moving, but the pictures we took were nice, so decided not to use them for passports, but to save them to our phone instead and get a different type of picture. When I plugged my phone into walgreens computer the pictures did not show up with all the other pictures I had taken that day as part of my normal gallery, strange since it had accessed my camera and the pictures showed up in my app. I noticed in my gallery there was a picture with an 'i' on it but it was unclickable and soon vanished. The only way to access the pictures was through the apps check out with only ONE option spend 13.99 for passport. I was not allowed any other options to get my pictures and the pictures were not showing up elsewhere. It does not allow me any other way to access my pictures, it's like I have zero access to my own pictures. Someone suggested that walgreens saved it to the 'cloud'. To make matters worse, when I check out, it gets stuck on location, so I can't even send it to a walgreens lab. Worst app ever.

My school uses this app to take passport photo. For my friends it works really well. We were able to pick up the photos at our Walgreen a couple blocks away.

Got photos from Walgreens next day. Actually, didnt even go to Walgreens myself my aunt picked them up for me.

Finally an app that makes taking a passport photo simple and easy. Love the Walgreens affiliate, very trusted brand and now a very trusted company in Vital Docs!

i work for Walgreens photo, and although the app work except for the checkout process. clicked done and get an error saying something went wrong with checkout. plz explain as I have customers asking it they can do their passports from their phones, so they don't have to wait

We took our photo with this app and it took a few times to get all the green check boxes to make it meet compliance. It was really fast I sent it to my local Walgreens and I got an email notification within minutes it was ready to be picked up. They look good to me and when I brought them to the passport agent they said they would be acceptable. This was a good experience. Will recommend to family and friends.

Wow! This app is awesome. I can take my best selfie and have it print out in any Walgreens in only 3 tries!! My family needed to get passports for all the younger kids. We never left the house until, we had all the paperwork done, photos taken and printed out at Walgreens within an hour. We were on our way to pick up our photos and head to the post office. We then sent our package to Fastport Passport who expedited our passports and shared this amazing app for all Walgreens!! Amazing technology!

I work in the Walgreens photo lab. The photos that this app deems "perfect" are far from. The photos will not meet compliance and will need to be retaken. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Our passports are expired and we need to renew them asap. We found this app to be useful because we can take the photos at home as many times as we wanted to get a correct photo. We have been denied in the past for poor photos and we almost missed our trips. This app made us feel comfortable about taking a passport photo that will not get rejected. Good idea and much needed.

I had an issue trying to print the photos. I chatted with David on the help chat. He was very supportive and explained to me what I needed to do. We figured it out that I had to select the photo from the gallery to get it to print. 5 stars for such quality customer service.

I work for walgreens and it came in handy when our kiosks went down. I am keeping it on my phone for those times when our kiosks are down or occupied. And for those griping about full price a coupon is as easy as a google search walgreens passport coupon they have a new one each month. There is a spot for coupon code in this app.

Used the app, it said the photos were good. Picked up and tried to use them. Heads were both too big. Program fail.

This app work perfectly took the passport photo at home and it was ready at Walgreen's store. High recommended this app for any passport or visa photo you may need.

EPIC FAIL! Passport photo REJECTED!!!! Why bother with the app when it's still full price to get the photos printed. Complete waste of time/effort. I do all the work... Yes convenient !

The app is good just to bad it'll only print through Walgreens. The price Walgreens charge for two passport photos is crazy. I used a different app and printed through a local grocery store for less than one dollar.

The app gets stuck on the "just a second" screen. I found it to be completely dysfunctional because of that.

Working without issue after the fix and US passport agency accepted the pic.

Walgreens is the only option to get prints and none of the coupons worked.You are not allowed to access images any other way.
