App didn't work on race day. Timer didn't start. Stopped race, but couldn't restart it. Tried to start a training then. But app said I can't do a training on race day. Changed date on phone to trick the app. App crashed. After 10 minutes of fighting with the app I opened Runtastic.

Not happy. Does not tie uo with my website account. All one email address, but now i have two accounts?

Pros: Good distance tracking and audio. Radio was excellent Cons: Is a bit battery-heavy

Aplikacja nie pracowała właściwie. Zaliczyła 25 metrów biegu. Wielu osobom w dniu biegu aplikacja nie działała właściwie lub nie wystartowała. Nie wiadomo czy było to za przyczyną serwerów czy nie stabilnej pracy programu.

I used it last year and despite repeated crashes due to the race demands, all data were saved. Very satisfying.

I even cannot start the app now!

I tried opening up the app 30 minutes before the race, and it kept crashing. How disappointing that I set up a team and half of us couldn't get our app to start or it crashed halfway through the race.

It kept crashing all the time.

Display was stuck on 00:22:22 until after race start. Then crashed constantly for the next 20 minutes. Claimed the pace car caught me 49 mins into my run by which time I had completed 10.5km. App displayed only 3.5km completed. Suggest thorough testing prior to next year's event.

I followed all the instructions and checked for app updates before the race. It crashed before and during the race. I'm disappointed as our whole team experienced this and we could not take part.

Keeps on crashing. Got stuck with a 00:22:22 until race started. Worked fine for sometime and it keeps on crashing. Crappy android app for run for a good cause. Spoiled my run

prior to the race it showed "race starts in 0:22:22“ up until approx. T -5mins. then it worked OK until it stoppted 16mins into the race. fortunately my forerunner 235 worked for all my 30k ;)

Like others, my app would not work on race day. I could not log in approximately 20 minutes before the event start. It would time out after 60 seconds or crash the app (I must have tried to log in about 20 times). I was looking forward to this event and did the run anyway, but the experience was infuriating and I am very disappointed that my result was not recorded officially.

It worked well till today where it got stuck on 22:22 mins then started to work again only to crash in like 1 min after the start and after that it kept on crashing everytime I tried to open it

I even cannot start the app now!

TERRIBLE APP crashed 2k in. Wouldn't restart. Ruined my run.

I am excited to use this app but my countdown timer is wrong... it says my race will start at 8am but I know it should be 7pm at my location. I have checked my system time and location settings and everything is correct. Do you know how to fix this?

Crap of an app. Such a good idea but very bad realization.I left my phone at home and use my Polar sport watch.

I Can't connect with facebook !

I downloaded excited to use it for training for the race. But it wont even let me into the app. Tells me it has stopped working. Will have to get rid of the app i guess

You should work like the most other running apps unless the nike running app on the function to not cancel the run because of a needed rebooting of the phone during the run. Maricla Kandzorra
