Your in-app ordering system is terrible. Please fix. Ideas: It should detect whether im logged in or not. I am already a member and logged into the app so why do i have to login again, its just stupid. Ordering online menu should be at the top in the all if your going to promote more ppl to use that option. Especially if u call the store then it goes into message bank bcos theyre too busy to pick up the phone. Payment options. Paying cash should be an option. Yes i knw am ordering online but i still have to pick it up, why cant i pay for it then? The whole system is just abit messy an needs alittle more work.

The app isn't bad but, it won't keep my desired place and asks me every time which restaurant, why can't I set it to stay.? I do not want to turn on location services. It appears the issue I was having has been rectified, thanks.

Please stop repeatedly asking for location. I can define my preferred restaurant and remember that for god sake.

Previous version was better. You need to have gps enabled for the app to load

The upload receipt feature and general responsiveness were my original concern but seem to be fixed with the latest update- thanks devs for listening!

Add receipt - upload picture of receipt button doesn't work therefore i cannot upload a receipt and not being able to redeem the points. Please fix it asap. Also, once there is an error message on the app, the fields are loosing the entered values, you gotta re-type all from the beginning. it is annoying.

Keeps on logging me out. Takes ages to log back in. Points balance dosen't update. App is hopeless. Please fix.

App again doesn't work, every time I scan my purchase at the counter the points do not register. App won't let you upload receipt due to a bug. So I'm stuck again emailing nandos back and forth which can take up to a week trying to get my points. This whole situation is just dilemma after dilemma, in the end being a complete headcase.

Doesn't work it says error shows post code wrong but it's right one tried different as well but doesn't work

Uploading receipt feature doesn't work (clicking on button in form doesn't do anything). Incredibly frustrating.

App has locked me out and is not sending recovery email for password. It probably updated and has messed up.

Have not been able to use this app for the past few months, Just get an error when I try to scan anything and cannot even see the menu. Have sent a copy of the error code to Periperks customer service.

The website is way better, the app has no meal descriptions, no dietary warnings and keeps crashing on the menu.

Points never update, need to look at receipt.

The app doesnt have a bar code. And the girl had no idea how to put the number in. Ive now uninstalled the app.

Awful never ever opens. Complete waste of time since they updated the app.

I love nandos app, have been using the app with Ios. Convert to android using s7edge the app crashed on me. Need to fix this please.

I have a valid email address but your system identifies it as invalid. Can't use anything.

Tried to view sides on menu. App crashes every time. Uninstalling coz that's what I downloaded it for!

Far to hit and miss. Records points at some stores, but not others. Fix it!
