대한적십자사의 헬프라인 앱입니다.


언제 어디서나 실시간으로 편리하게 헬프라인 익명신고와 준법질의가 가능하고,
신고와 질의에 대한 진행경과 및 처리확인과 후속보고도 가능합니다.




★ 대한적십자사 헬프라인 앱의 특징

- 기밀성과 익명성을 보장하기 위하여 독립적인 제3자 전문회사(레드휘슬)에 의해 운영됩니다.




★ 이 헬프라인에 적용되는 사항

1. 익명성 보장

이 시스템은 인터넷 프로토콜(IP)주소를 포함하는 내부접속 로그를 생성하거나 유지하지 않으므로 사용자를 추적할 수 없으며 익명성이 보장됩니다.


2. 보안강화

이 시스템에는 방화벽, 하드웨어 웹방화벽, 침입탐지시스템(IPS)이 적용되며 24시간, 365일 보안관제가 작용됩니다.


3. 신고서 저장 및 접근권한

신고 및 질의서는 안전을 위하여 레드휘슬의 보안서버에 직접 저장되며 신고서를 처리할 권한이 있는 감사담당자만 접근이 가능합니다.




★ 주의사항

신고서나 질의서를 제출한 후 부여되는 고유번호(숫자4자리)를 꼭 메모 하시고 수일 후 처리확인을 통하여 감사 담당자의 답변과 진행상황을 확인해주세요

스스로 노출되지 않도록 주의하십시오. 신고서 작성 시 본인이 누군지 짐작할 수 있는 정황을 드러내지 않도록 주의 하십시오
