I have all the ???? finding apps and this is the best one! It's the easiest to use, has the most options for listings, and best of all it gives you the correct monthly payment but also counting the HOA fees! I've since deleted all my other housing apps because this one is so much better!

Pretty accurate and easy to use. The app provides helpful info not readily available from realtor mls site like school rating and walk score. Most of the info is actually easier to find too.

The latest version of this app crashes on Samesung note 5 immediately after starting the app. It freezes up my phone until I kill all app processes. I would rate it 5 but for now, I am waiting for an update. I have tried restarting the phone and I cannot get the app to work.

From the very beginning when I've have open up an account at Redfin, the app was very user-friendly and very simple to use, and the new and improved upgrade version of Redfin has been nothing but share awesome sophistication and the state-of-the-art technology !AKA AI! And for the lack of better word, ! AWESOMENESS!, with its algorithm-intuitive application and pinpoint accuracy and massive data Cloud base resource of Real Estate readily available at my disposal it makes it a No-brainer in getting the job done in narrowing it down to what I'm looking for. ???????????????????????????? Of all the real estate apps out there, this is the best. It's the only one with the option to not have an HOA. I'm a farm girl, so that's important to me. The app is easy to use and very helpful. I wish I could get a satellite view as well as the map, but that's not the end of the world. The only other thing I really wish it had is a drive time to pinned destination option.
