تطبيق بلدية الحرم النبوي الشريف بالمدينة المنورة هو تطبيق مجاني مخصص لتقديم بلاغات عن المخالفات والملاحظات البلدية في المنطقة الواقعة ضمن نطاق بلدية الحرم النبوي الشريف، وتوثيق المخالفات بالصور والفيديو وتحديد موقعها بدقة على الخريطة، حيث ستقوم البلدية بالتجاوب مع البلاغ ومعالجته في أسرع وقت.
ويمكن من خلال التطبيق إرسال البلاغات بطريقتين:

- إرفاق أربعة صور مع البلاغ.
- إرفاق ملفي فيديو مع البلاغ بحد أقصى 10 ميجابايت.
- الاطلاع على البلاغات السابقة التي قدمها المستخدم ومعرفة حالتها ورد البلدية عليها.
