The app seems quite basic which works if you just want to see transactions. However, for a user to get the best out it more features need to be added, such as pay by phone using android pay or apple pay functionality. Also, a rewards counter and history so they can be easily tracked. Finally, PIN login would be great and quick.

Unfortunately doesn't work on my Asus Zenfone. I attempt to login and it just crashes. It works flawlessly on my iPhone though so I know it's a useful app

Seems OK but I can no longer see transactions. It's not an update when you remove features!

Tried to log in. Password wouldn't work. Put in member number. Says username already exists... Not helpful at all.

Can't login. It's bot accepting my login details. Can't password reset. Says my user name is already taken when I try to reset my password

Cannot log in, states that my login credentials are invalid even though I can log in on the website

App is ok. Wish it would log out on exit like all my other banking apps rather than having to go back in to app and tap "log out". Seems many others have requested a pin code to log in months ago with a reply from product owner saying good idea yet it's not implemented so I won't hold my breath for this suggestion either.

I have the same problem? You cany sign in on the ap with your pass word! This is just a scam to get your private details! When its time to redeem you get the run around! What a total waste of time! All it says is error & it wont screen save the error!

This app needs to catch up with the rest of some of the other banking apps. Finger print scanner for logins. At least a PIN option for logins instead of tedious verbose password. Have a look at Commonwealth NetBank app. This sets the benchmark. Android pay would be good with point of sale scan ability for rewards points.

This app is prefect and very easy to manage my account. Having to type in the full password each time is tedious and annoying. Please add the ability to log in with a pin code like most other banking apps do. Otherwise I can't fault this app.

Yay, thankyou for listening to one of the main problems I think most people had with this app, it no longer allows keyboards to read out your password as a text suggestion while typing, which was defeating the purpose of censoring the password in the first place. The app is pretty much perfect for my use at least now, the only suggestion I would have is maybe saving my password securely and having a pin login like other banking apps, would make it a lot faster to log in and check the balance. Having problems. Not able to exchange currency?? Is this is known bug?? After I input the AUD I want transfer it calculates the amouny of Thai Baht but there is no provision to transfer. The request quote button is your only option.

Works as advertised, but login is tedious without being able to add a login pin instead of a full-blown password. Also, a way to view Velocity FF Points balance would be great. No app to do that yet?

Now that currency exchange works, that app does exactly what you'd expect. Smooth and clean ap, no excess. Well done.

Good. App does the job well. Please bring the "Pass code" or "Fingerprint" login feature. Boring to type the password all the time.

Like the app. Agree with other comments to allow pin login. Also still can't exchange money from AUD to ZAR in the app. Can't share a screenshot as nothing happens,just stays on the screen with "request quote" button available. Please fix then you will get 5stars :)

Good app although has bug when trying to send money. A white window comes up after selecting the contact. Then when it finally works it says $1.00 when trying to send $100

Will not let you exchange money. Press the request quote button and nothing happens. This means you have to incur the additional fees for 'on the go' conversion. Unimpressed

Finally word predictions when entering password fixed ... Once again it's a great app

Confirm button never appears only the get quote button. Well, I guess the whole thing is useless now! As an added bonus the website barely works on a phone. Makes transferring money super annoying. It used to work though!!! What happened?

Seems to have stopped working. Try to exchange currency, click on 'request quote' and it will load for a second then do nothing. Since this is pretty much the entire point of the app, it is useless for anything other than checking the balance.

This is seriously by far one of the worst app I have seen. It doesn't evev allow to login so nothing to say about the features. Have mailed the support team but they couldn't care less. Please fix this thing soon.

"An error occurred on our server our engineers are trying to fix the problem". Not the best thing you want to read literally 2 days before you go overseas. I genuinely don't feel safe having money in the hands of this absolute garbage of an app.

Can't change between most currencies reliably. Always errors when getting exchange quote. Dodgey app!!!! Save yourself the hassle and take lots of cash!! Very disappointed in Virgin Airlines for encoding me to use this rubbish app to manage my money when traveling!!!

As in title. I can log in online but the app doesn't allow login in. When trying to change the password the app tells me that user with my frequent flyer number already exists. Offcourse!!!

Once i've loaded some funds into card, i can no longer log in to check on transactions etc via mobile app. This is very frustrating as i thought i was entering the wrong password. Online is working. Pls fix

cant use the card or get points on it keeps saying error has occured and the engineers are working on it not gonna load money onto the card anymore

App crashes every time i hit settings. And pretty limited currencies dont you think?

Got in the first time. Requested a higher limit. And then crash. Can not get in for the life of me. Extremely annoying. Could have been awesome. Big fail

How bout adding android pay functionality for compatible devices

Been trying to use the app for two weeks and an error message comes up everytime i try to login!! Clearly your engineers are busy on holidays!!

Cannot even log in to use app. Waste of time, fix it or loose a customer!!!
