Reverie Remote

App is poorly conceived. Looks incredibly boring and functionality is a joke. Why doesn't this company spend just another couple thousand making their app fantastic? Seriously it would be less than the cost of a bed to make this app amazing... I know a 15 year old that could do it for them for f***sake

I can never connect both beds of a tandem unit. Very buggy and glitchy. Do you have beta versions or need testers? Hell I'll even join a geek group on improving this remote. I imagine not too many people have this product but it shouldn't stop us from getting working bells and whistles

Bluetooth won't stay connected to neither my phones nor my tablets. When it does stay connected, there's no save button or option for the alarm, so that never works. The app right now is pretty worthless.

We love our Reverie bed. And it works fine with the included remote. The bed did conect to the old app originally. But now it won't conecting to the old app or the new one. Very disappointing!

Idk if the other ppl tried setting it up the right way, but I did. All functions work and I have a 20 year warranty.

Says connected to bed. But nothing works. No tilt; no 'g', no massage. Waste of effort.

Bought the bed with the app features a big selling point.Please don't bother.It doesn't work properly

It is handy to have on my phone when i can't find the actual remote. And the phone version holds more saved settings. BUT i do have to go in to settings and Connect the bed every time i want to use it. Since i use it as a backup, this doesn't bother me much.

Poorly designed and written program, (app) doesn't auto connect when launching app, doesn't respond 90% of the time...

Just got a split king, checked the Bluetooth modules and downloaded the app. It will show both sides on the app but is constantly scanning and will never connect. Oh well.

Nightlight doesn't work from the app, nor does it connect easily.

So apple has 2 apps...the nightstand app is far superior to this one. Nothing works

Won't even connect to my bed. Useless.

It worked fine prior to updating... now it just scans and never finds any bed.

Tried multiple times. Tried everything. Will not connect just keeps saying it's connecting

It will find the mac address but will not connect. Been trying for weeks.

Connects to both sides of split king fine. All functions work as expected except the alarm. Once alarm details are set and alarm is enabled... It sets the bed to the alarm bed position settings. Totally ignores the time set. *Only if Bluetooth is connected when alarm is set. If alarm is set first then you connect BT it works fine. *

With a very limited set of functions, this should be a no-brainer. App does not work well on Galaxy S6. Would greatly prefer a decent remote that is NOT a phone or tablet.

This app definitely has lots of bugs. Options don't work or doesn't give enough information. Works much better on iPhone. Company needs to step up their game for the extra cost for the Bluetooth setup on the bed the app should work free or not.

If the alarm clock and bed light are the future are looking for and you are reading this review before buying your bed, do yourself a favor and don't buy it. The only two functions in the app which are not in the remote are the alarm and light control and neither one works. the sad part is this issue has been reported almost a year ago (read previous reviews) and it has not been corrected.

The massage buttons 1&2 arent working and the full body is only turning on the foot. With the actual remote everything works perfectly but this app cant even turn off the nighlight once it is turned on

This app sucks. Does Reverie even read these reviews 'cause apparently they haven't done a thing to fix it.

The worst of my 200 android apps. Won't connect right. Won't control right. Minimal features but they don't work as described. No real help file.

In general the app seems to work okay, though it would be good to have a better user guide. It does not seem to support a split King as only controls as a unit. I will update if I figure out how to separate the sections.

Just doesn't work you get a connection set the alarm by the time it's time for the alarm the connections lost

It rarely connects to the bed, and therefore is unusable. Note3 user.

Needs work on the night light and the alarm clock the light works only with dimmer and the alarm clock doesent work at all but other than that everthing else works

Doesn't have Wi-Fi capability yet the packaging says it has. Module had to be left under the bed on the floor. No bracket to fix the module under the bed. A very ordinary implementation given that this was a major selling point and the reason we bought the bed base in the first place. This app and module needs some major work to fix the Android version, add Wi-Fi as advertised and provide hardware that doesn't have to sit on the floor at the edge of the bed. Don't purchase until these are fixed.

Love my bed but the app needs lots of work the alarm don't work and it disconnecting all the time, too much trouble don't waste time but the base is great

Happy to have this app when remote was lost; connecting to the mothership can be hit&miss. Sometimes the massage function has to be stopped or it'll keep going until it's stopped which is nice, but don't want to run down the motor. Look forward to app update
