New update crashes

i luve the new interactive chat feature. Used to shy away from calling the concierge cos calling is so 90's & time consuming; now i get to spam the concierge with bookings & requests using the chat feature. great update! great app!

It took Ayala 2 years to deliver my arc credit card. Now Ayala says they do not accept the card and I have to download their app.

Eats up my battery. Cumbersome UI. Needs work.

Should've given 5 stars but whenever you browse deals and go back, it starts from the beginning and not from where you left off. Please fix devs!

Good app for members but seems to eat a good portion of my battery.

A few good deals for 826MB. The space it occupies does not compensate for its function - which is essentially just a listing of the deals.

Why does the app take so long to get downloaded? And how come the card seems useless already? I hope the answers from ARC wouldn't sound bot generated. Thanks

What's w/ the registration? Don't bother installing. You'll just get frustrated.

I uninstalled it. I'm always redirected to my email.

The agents, features and layout are perfect except for the chat system. Where everytime you log in the old chat are erased. When you accidentally or when you phone have an autokill feature after you minimize the app everything is back to zero and the agent you are connected to after reconnection have no idea what you are talking about. Hopenyou can improve the chat feature.

Anyone who downloads the app will be able to have a preview of the perks and privileges of Ayala Reward Circle! Makes you really want to become an ARC member. Hats off to the designers and developers of this app! UI is really user friendly, easy to use, and navigate.

I already called the hotline. Even they can't log in to their app using my account. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still the error is "This app requires an active internet connection." Didn't I just download this app using an active internet connection? Well, this is rewarding - NOT!

Difficulty in logging in. Keeps on hanging. Keeps on asking for the need for active internet connection despite the fact i was on strong wifi signal at home

Installed on my samsung phone and a different tablet. It says it has stopped working! Cannot even open it. This is useless.

this service does not look like it is in production. cant even find my record and ... no tablet layout ... and unusable app if you have no globe "and" bpi account

Update: Still unable to complete save and login. Already have the latest version of the app.... Just installed but cannot even login as it always force closes. Using LG G3 lollipop. Please fix.
