TRACS Direct To Go

With the exception that it never updates the product numbers, it worked great until about 2 weeks ago. Now everytime I try to do an order, it resets the page and tells me the application crashed. Please listen to us and get this fixed.

Always stops at the top but never loads! I need this app for ordering, get it fixed

App crashes when trying to use the inventory feature, does not easily update new invoices etc.

Have to uninstall/reinstall every time I update my order guide. Since this last time I did it I can't get back in. Says it's syncing data but won't get past that point!

App is too slow and doesn't update new product number.

App will not update view as changed from pc. No way to manage view or add items. Will sometimes say it submitted an order but hang and when resubmitted you get 2 orders. When it works it is convenient. Just needs some additional work.

I used this app for the first time this past weekend. It said that it couldn't send certain items and that my order wasn't submitted. When I received my order on Tuesday it failed to bring 20 items and what they did bring was double of what I ordered. I do not recommend this app and I will never use it again.

Doesn't update new product numbers so I have to constantly delete the app and re download it whenever a product number changes. Its frustrating when tou think you ordered something and it doesnt come because the app kicked it out.

You guys need to update this on a regular basis

Why can't I have the order guide already set up with my accout?

Anytime I want to create an inventory the app crashes. Need to be able to set up par levels in the actual order list

When we get an app that will automatically update for us. Instead of deleting and re downloading
