It seems that with the update that I get less information then what I did before the update. Not happy with that because I had information right at my fingertips for a doctor. I know for a fact that looking at the pain management to find a doctor that they have a doctor that is no longer world with Humana's patients.

Google play now lists app as not supported. Doesn't work

I am TOO excited about the application! I am updating my review! The recent update resolved ALL of my previous issues! Everything is working GREAT!! I emailed the web support and developers of my issues! The response time, support contact,the professionalism and resolution exceeded my expectations. I feel bad about my pervious bad review. My Android phone's Operating System newly updated 2 days ago. Google Play indicted there there's a problem with the newly replaced HUMANA app. The new HUMANA app will NOT run on my phone. This version is NOT supported! Nice update HUMANA. NOT!

New version just installed. All of my mail order drug prices are missing. I can no longer determine the drug copay. With new download of 6.00AM on 04.18.2016 mail order or retail Rx drug prices still no found! Thanks team. I can now see my mail order pharmacy pricing. :-)

I can't sign in. Is the mobile app the same as the website version? The mobile version doesn't accept my password.

I tried to download the new app, but when I touch the button for the updated version Nothing Happens!! Is there another place I can go to download?

I've been with Humana for health insurance for a few years now and I have them on my online account and I'm glad that I came across this app. Another feature to keep up with my Humana healthcare.

All parts of app now work. It took awhile

It won't let me sign up. Very frustrating.

Download revised app. Works perfectly. Thanks to the IT support team.

My ID cards are stored. None of the searches work for me at this time.

I used to love this app until the new update, now when I sign it and it goes through all of it and when it says building your experience then a white box comes up and says SORRY CAN'T LOG YOU IN, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER! a day and half now this has been going. I even uninstalled the app and reinstall it but still doesn't work.

So i had a very bad experience with this app at first, i wrote a bad review for it, but then i got an email from them helping me to fix it.. it worked! ! My app is working perfectly now. And helps a lot!

Received an email a few days ago from the developer that it's being checked on. Been hearing crickets since. Uninstalled and deleted cache then re-installed new App, but same result. Too bad no options for no star. No need to contact me coz I'm uninstalling and viewing it through my browser instead.
