CP Community is a mobile digital gated community security access system, that allows residents to schedule visitors on the GO from a mobile device.
Features include but not limited.
Visitors Scheduling: Visitors Scheduling allows residents to schedule their visitors to enter the community, residents can schedule both permanent or dynamic visitors.
Permanent visitors: permanent visitors are visitors who will visit on a regular basis, e.g. gardener, baby sitter, maintenance personnel etc.
Dynamic visitors: dynamic visitors are visitors who will visit once a while or visit unexpectedly Inbound/Outbound Access Log: Inbound/Outbound Access Log is a list of persons scheduled to come in or exit the community.
Maintenance Status: Maintenance Status is a notification whether or not residents have paid their home maintenance bill.
Notice Board: The system allows notifications to be sent to all residents via email e.g. an event, news or notice.
Management: Allows the community manager to manage and moderate all contents, send notifications, create and/or edit resident’s info, update maintenance status etc.
Reporting: The system produces a report for all transaction done via the system e.g. Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly visits etc.
